I had to move… yet, again… if you find at least one person who likes moving, let me know because he/she might be a unicorn in disguise. I lost weight (no!!! just kidding… though u’d think so, after lifting all those boxes and resembling a camel covered with trash bags). I thought I prepared well! I mean I watched a Friends episode where Ross was moving and read an article “How to get your friends to help you move” (though it was followed by a more popular article “10 valid excuses to get out of helping your friend move”). After two weeks of hearing “I wish I could help but I have that rare flower that has to be planted on that exact day, otherwise it wouldn’t bloom,” I finally found two innocent souls who agreed to help me (they obviously did not know what they signed for). We called ourselves “Hernia movers” and the fun started. By the end of the day, we moved everything but happiness. I realized that I overestimated how cool it is to be an independent woman and underestimated of how much stuff I had. That’s when I started to look for a storage space. Since my only criteria for anything (as a starving student for the last two years) is affordability, I came across Uncle Bob’s storage. And yes, it was a nice spot, clean, well lit, blah, blah, blah. But what really made my experience cool, was their staff. Sean not only helped us with info and all details, but he brightened up our miserable experience. We got there tired and some parts of me would welcome death at that point, but he made us laugh the whole time!!! I credit him with saving my friendship and writing this review from home and not a mental house. P.S. they even have a deal of offering a moving vehicle for a great rate, if you choose them for storage. I wish I knew about it.

I have dealt with quite a few storage facilities in the past. It is a necessary but not normally a pleasant experience. About 1 1/2 months ago I rented a storage unit at the Life Storage facility on Jones Bridge Road in Johns Creek and honestly that experience changed. The facility is so well maintained that you feel good about storing your property there and the people that work there are so courteous, well informed and helpful it blew me away. My wife and I dealt with 3 different people ( Truitt who works in the office, Sean the store manager that I spoke with on the phone and one of the maintenance men that I met and did not get his name ) and they were all great. I would highly recommend this Life Storage location to everyone. I also borrowed a moving truck which I had to pick up at the Doraville location and the gentleman I dealt with there was great also. Life Storage does a great job training their staff.

I have been at this facility for just over 20 (twenty) years..... this includes the current owners and staff as well. The 24/7 access is a must for me and the facility is always clean and neat. Any questions or concerns have been answered/resolved in immediate fasion each and every time. There was one incident with lighting that kept repeating itself only to find a major past electrical contractor problem which is now also being fixed. I would recommed this facility in alpharetta to anyone. Clean, neat, motion security cameras..... that have solved thefts in the past. I plan on continuing my stay and loof forward to even a longer future..... Be sure to say HELLO to Sean when you get there. :-)

Just vacated my storage unit after more than 2 1/2 yrs. Used an indoor unit. Clean facility and easy access at all hours. The transition from Uncle Bobs to Life Storage was seamless. And Sean promptly returned my call when I left a voice mail inquiring about the process of moving my stuff out (since I was paid up through August 1, it was just a matter of moving everything out and completing a quick one page form in the office). Definitely recommend this facility. Excellent experience.

Sean was so very helpful! I needed help deciding what size storage unit I needed and how to logistically have things shipped to my storage unit and he was extremely knowledgeable. I feel like the location is very safe and secure and a great place to go if you need storage space. I highly recommend them and was very pleased with their service. The manager Sean Malloy is excellent!

Do not rent here. I have had 2 units for over 3 years and they both were rat infested. The odor inside and outside the units was overwhelming. The office staff was not helpful and combative. All questions were answered with "no" or "I dont know." Half of my belongings had to be dumped at my expense. The other half was moved by my family with no help from the company. Deplorable!

Just want to say Ive been storing here for two years for my landscaping business and its a great facility. Sean has been here since day one, he even signed me up and has always been friendly and helpful. I have accidentally left my door open two times and Sean has personally called me to let me know.
