A large tree fell onto my cargo trailer when it was parked in a space that I had rented monthly from Public Storage. It was Aug 30th when the incident occurred. They removed the tree on the 22nd/23rd, a full THREE WEEKS after it was reported. I called the property manager, customer service, and 3 different supervisors, multiple times. I finally received a call back today from Jessica, who had previously ignored my calls. She offered me 1 months free rent. My trailer has significant damage from the extremely heavy tree being left on top of it for so long. I lost three weeks of its use and had to rent other trailers/small trucks to take care of business. They refused any additional compensation. Anyways, I told her that Id see them in DeKalb County Court. If you rent from this place, you are mentally insane. You will be subjected to their ongoing neglect and verbal abuse just as I was. Consider yourself warned. Thank you for reading.

Came in a few days ago looking for a place to store my things I brought home from College! I went to the storage place right next door to Public Storage first. I was going to store my items there. Suddenly, I noticed Public Storage and I said let me check out their prices. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and a pleasant attitude! The site manager Myeesha provided me with great customer sevice. She was very knowledgeable about the units, she was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I decided to store my items at Public Storage because of the great vibe I received from Ms.Myeesha and how organized and professional everything was handled. I am now recommending 3 other close friends, who live in the North Druid Hills area, to store their college items there for the semester and summer!

This is the worst storage facility! I started loading my items in a 10x10 unit when I noticed the wall adjoining my unit to 2 smaller units was falling down. I alerted management and it took them 3 weeks to acknowledge the issue. The manager apologized profusely and promised to fix the wall the next day. Assuming the wall was fixed, I rented a truck and was ready to load my remaining items in the unit to find, no wall! They said they could not secure my unit. They still charged me a full months rent. I moved out the next day and asked for a refund. Still no response! They still have my money. Someone can steal your stuff from their units because they separate them with thin sheetrock. They should be shut down.

Dont put any of your items here! The units are very old and they leak rusty water on your valuables. The units also have outdated insulation that when it gets warm/cold fall from the ceiling. Most of my valuable items have been covered in dust or dirty insulation foam. I had to contact 6 different people (including the district manager) to get a credit for the damages to my unit on 2 different occasions. They are over-priced and they have the nerve to charge high late fees. They will even put a lock on your storage for being a day late even though theyve been taking your money every month for 5 years. Public Storage is the Absolute Worst.

I have to say. Normally i dont do reviews but the experience that i received at the public storage on 3375 N druid hills rd prompted me to write a review. The manager Myeesha assisted me with a storage unit for the first time. Myeesha was outstanding, gave great service and explained the policy of renting. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Myeesha really knows what it takes to run a storage facility and deliver world class service to every customers. If i ever need to rent another unit, it will definitely be at this location. ☺

My boyfriend and I went by yesterday to get some boxes to shipped some items out of country. The manager Jermaine recommended that we used small boxes to help control the weight and keep the items from busting out during travel. She was very friendly and helpful. The boxes worked great and we were still able to pack more the expected with what we bought. I will be going back again when in need of boxes for more shipping.

Visited this location today and I must say the onsite representative Iesha Amy was very friendly and helpful. Finding a storage place for my personal belongings has been more of a hassle then I expected. With her expertise and knowledge of the services Public Storage offers allowed me to put my mind at ease. My husband and I put our furniture in storage in September of 2013. The service has been excellent. Jermina, who has been the person we have dealt with most, has been so helpful, even calling us to let us know that we had left our unit improperly locked once. Had a great experience with storing my property at this location. Kenne was very helpful and informative. He even informed me about the disk locks which would help protect my belongings. Im very much so pleased with the service and I would recommend this storage location to anyone in need. Kenne was awesome! Tens across the board .

My friend and I rented here and loved the service we received from the manager in the office. She was very friendly and well knowledgeable of the storage units and sizes. I recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone needing extra rental space. I have rented on more than one occasion with them and have always found the units to be clean and safe and economical. Jermina and the other staff are always friendly and helpful. A great experience all around.
