Made a decision to rent from Simply Storage and that was best decision I could have made. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by Yolanda. I told Yolanda that I was looking for a unit to rent and asked if she could give me rental information and pricing. She was mort than will to go over all information with me. Yolanda went above and beyond to help me. She also gave me a tour of the property. Once I was given all information, I decided to go ahead and do the rental. Yolanda thanks for all you do.....

The hours are extremely inconvenient; during typical business hours, so theres not access for anyone who works a 9-5. Multiple times, I have arrived to see a "return in five minutes" sign on the door.... then i wait forty-five minutes. Theres an option to enter using a code, but my code has never worked despite countless attempts to have the error fixed. Then they recently increased the monthly rate, though they do nothing to deserve additional funds for their lackluster disgrace of a business.

Great place to do business! Yolanda the facility Manager understands the meaning behind "excellence in total customer service". The facility is clean, and provides convenient (electronic personal PIN access) for all storage needs . The ENTIRE facility is climate controlled, and no "extra fees" like the other "guys". Yolandas entire staff is punctual, professional, and polite. Hands down---this is the best storage facility in Atlanta. Do not waste your time looking anywhere else.

Called the manager Yolanda to discuss pricing and the type of storage needed. After contacting multiple storage facilities I knew this was the right place! She was extremely helpful and professional! I arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to closing. I never felt rushed. And Yolanda went the extra mile to guarantee I rented the proper unit! I would highly recommend this facility!

Great place to do business; excellent customer service received from Roderick. He was working by himself today with several customers to handle at once but he took his time with each of us, apologized in advance for our wait; he was thorough and efficient in handling the needs of each customer professionally and in a calm and courteous manner!!

I have rented storage rooms all over the country and always have 24 hrs access because I work odd hours. This is the BEST storage I have ever rented. I come and go at odd hours and I never feel unsafe even at 3 am. The people are fantastic and so nice. The facility is very clean and well lit and security is excellent. THANKS!!!

I dropped by to get a storage unit and spoke with Yolanda Woods the Property Manager. She was extremely polite and helpful. I was able to view a few size units and rent one in about 20 minutes. The property is very clean and safe. Plus the pricing is very reasonable. It was an all around great experience.
