I had the most AMAZING experience at this location! Although I was only looking to view the size of a unit, Akia welcomed me and showed true customer service. She helped me write down a list of everything I need to store and she gave me ideas of how to be efficient and get the most use out of the unit. I was very pleased at how welcoming Akia was. Akia even called other public storage units to see if they had anything available for my specific needs. Akia was patient, she was helpful, and she did all of this in the 30 mins prior to closing the story. What an amazing customer service experience.

Today I went to tell Public Storage that I had to move because the increase in rent was unreasonable. I told Jessica that I had emailed the company and was not happy with the canned response. Jessica took it upon herself to find a unit that was the same size yet less expensive than the increased rent. I was so surprised by this. This was excellent customer service! The only thing that would have been better was to keep my unit and pay the lower rate. At least I dont have to rent a truck and move to another location. A millions thanks to Jessica for taking the extra step and making my day!

I could not have asked for a better experience. The young woman who called and then met me on the site was knowledgeable, professional, and as helpful as she could possibly be. The facility is clean, neat, and very nicely maintained. She answered all my questions and did not hesitate to smile and wave and even chat as I made multiple trips to stow all my equipment. And no, she was not flirting with me...she was a genuine professional and I enjoyed working with her on this.

Customer service here is absolutely amazing. I had wonderful experiences with both employees I spoke with as well as the manager. I only needed storage for a month, and that plus the lock was only $50, which was a huge life saver at a tough time when I was between houses. The first girl that helped me was extra amazing but I forget her name (Taryn? something like that. Anyway she deserves a raise or something cause she was awesome!)

Akia has made this a very pleasant experience! I was nervous about my move and the packing, but she has been very helpful. All my questions have been answered, she gave me tips on packing to make everything easier and less stressful, she is very knowledgeable when it comes to packing and storing. The location is clean, which is a big plus since I wont be worried about bugs or rats getting into my things while stored there.

What can I say! The manager at this PS location,Akia, is amazing... I rented a unit here for 3 years and there was never a time that she wasnt friendly, helpful, and profession. Akia will go out of her way, and in my opinion, above and beyond any expectations, to facilitate the rental process and handle situations that arise. I highly recommend this location and the manger Akia if you have storage needs. Shes the best!

Ive used other public storages and Akia is the best manager by far. Others have made me feel bad spoke nasty and harshly to me for being late on my payments but Akia is always nice and very professional. Public storage should be very happy to have her. People like her are hard to come by now-a-days. She deserves a raise!!

Her enthusiasm for the job shows through -she is professional, friendly, and takes ownership of the building - where it is well kept, and we are taken care of. Ive stored at this location for over 2 years. This location is clean and well kept and its manager Akia is among the best Public Storage has. Ive always gotten great service here from making a payment to a friendly hello when walking past the office. If you need storage this is the place Akia is the best hands down.

This place has everything!!! Akia helped me figure out storage size, gave me ideas on how to pack stuff in and how to keep mattress fresh with a dryer sheet! Who wouldve thought about that? Not me!
