Dont use this location. I worked with the store manager, who from the get go had red flags waving everywhere. First, he quoted me a final monthly rent over the phone, then told me a higher price on site. Yes, they offered me the name your own price for one month, but found out the Uncle Bobs Storage 3 miles away offered the same thing and was 30/mth less, even with the insurance they require you to get. Over the phone the store manager also offered me a truck, this fit it in to my situation and so I made plans accordingly. Unfortunately, this store location had the only truck available. So, even though this manager was sketchy, I was forced to deal with him b/c of my time frame and plans. I was told that I could go up to the other store, rent a unit then hurry back to the Tilly Mill store to rent the truck. He told me to hurry because they close in 40 min and he made it known that he wasnt going to wait on me. It was clear that I was putting him out and felt more of a nuisance to him. The other store helped by getting me out so I could get back in time. When I returned I again worked with the same store manager. When he went over the truck rental he told me that it was store policy that I had to take the insurance of the truck. Which was another 20 dollars. When I questioned this, he was adamant on this policy. When He went over the contract he rushed me through it, telling me to initial here and sign there. I didnt trust this guy and wanted to make sure what I was about to sign. luckily I did. In black in white it stated that I had a choice of rejecting the insurance. I just had to show my insurance card. When I questioned him , he kept telling me to read bellow. I told him, I did, then read it out loud. He realized I caught him trying to pull a fast one on me. I rejected this insurance but it didnt end there... This guy tried to mark me down for more gas than was in the truck. He said it was checked out prior. I had to check it myself before he made the correction on the contract. All I have to say, is be careful with this store and the store manager, Cevon. Read the bottom line with them or they may just take your money. I have more trust in the store up the road.

I had the best experience when I went in to get a space to store my things. The store manager CEVON was soooooo nice! He explained everything to me very clearly and sat patiently and asked if I had questions. I thought WOW, this is a company that respects its customers and welcomes new business! I was beyond impressed! Now, for the deals offered to me!! I have NEVER had a company ask me HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO PAY US NEXT MONTH? I looked very perplexed and then CEVON explained to me the details of what he was talking about. I was in total AWE and AMASEMENT!! If I wanted to pay them ONE DOLLAR, thats what they would have accepted for next months storage fee! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!?! Then, if they couldnt do any more nice things for me, they offer the use of their moving truck for FREE within the first 14 days. WHAT?!?!? What company does that? I was very impressed with the service I received from the location at 4427 TILLY MILL ROAD, ATLANTA GA 30360. I will store socks and shorts with UNCLE BOB any day!

Ever since I got these units, I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WTIH THEM. My account is in the WRONG NAME. I CANT get it transferred into the CORRECT NAME. Information has been FAXED and MAILED IN to have the CORRECT NAME put onto this account. NEVER gets changed into correct name. I call to discuss problems with the manager. He gets VERY RUDE WITH ME. I used the ONLINE CONTACT the one time. The response email contained ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MINE: Name, address, phone, SS# and more. I asked IF this information is given to JUST ANYONE I DIDNT appreciate my SS# being in emails. They told me they DONT GIVE THAT INFORMATION via EMAIL, Yet I FWD the email to PROVE IT WAS THERE. I was told NOT TO CONTACT THEM ANYMORE. IF I TRY to Contact them, they WILL PRESS HARASSMENT CHARGES ON ME. HARRASSMENT? I AM NOT THE ONE GIVING OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION THE WAY THEY ARE. Very Satisfied and content with the services that were provided to me by Cevon. He took very good care of me! His professionalism reign superior and is totally ideal when dealing with the public. He really impressed me when he acknowledged me and others when we walked through the door as he was helping someone else and he even respectfully assessed all of our needs very quickly and briefly without interrupting the flow of administering assistance to his primary customer. He made us all feel primary and of importance. Very clean, customer-friendly, and professional environment. Im about to leave, but with my face smiling!! Ive rented space for my stuff for a year now, but still remember why Ive chosen Uncle Bobs(UB). At the starting point, I did research about 3 locations I would went for and requested info from every storage services in those area. UB was outstanding since very early called for questions until my things moved in. They did make me smile and feel like Im in a good hand, and time has proved it. Thank you so much for your excellent services, especially Cevon, the manager of Tilly Mill location. I have to write a review because its worth spreading. I have recommended everyone I know who look for storage that if UB near by, you need not to find somewhere else!! :)

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I recently made a reservation over the phone and when I arrived the manager Cevon showed me two units, then quoted me a higher price for the unit. I told him I made a rsvp over the phone. He then showed me a smaller unit. I asked why did he show me a unit that was higher than the price I was quoted when I made the rsvp. He was very deceitful. I spent over 3 hours and lost out on my entire day because he kept trying to play games. He said he would call other locations, but we had to rent the truck from him. I wasted so much time and money. Never again at this location.

Katoya helped me with a truck rental, as I am storing with a sister store. She was pleasant and professional with the perfect touch of personability. Moving always sucks, but Katoya and the staff at the Dunwoody location, especially Natalie and Ron are all awesome & have made it suck a LITTLE LESS! If what they say is true, that its the company you keep, then Uncle Bobs is definitely KEEPING GOOD COMPANY - they appear to be hiring the right people to staff their business! Keep up the good work, all! & if you are looking for storage needs, Uncle Bobs is definitely one to come to!
