Came here back in May 2014 to rent a unit. Was getting rid of clutter before putting the house on the market. Kind of concerned when I saw where this facility was, but given the reviews I tried it anyway. So happy I did. First - Amber is amazing. The computers were down when I arrived, and the person in front of me was having an issue dealing with that fact. She kept her composure, continued smiling and the customer was won over. She turned to me with a smile and in no time, I had a key in hand and had signed up for a storage unit. The facility itself is as safe as youd want, so my initial fears there were unfounded. My particular storage room was clean and as advertised. Really, these places are a dime a dozen. You get a room, you get a lock, you get a code. What makes this storage facility stand out is Amber. She deserves all the accolades youll read about on this page.

The first time i came to this facility i was met by a woman who definitely did not want to be here. I was not enthused about storing at this location and i almost found another place to go to. However, when i came back the second time i greeted by Elena Escobar who was very helpful and very friendly. She had a smile on and was very knowledgeable about using this service. She offered to sell me items that i might need for storing my things but i declined because i had everything i needed. She is a true saleswoman. She made my move in experience very easy and pleasant. She has great enthusiasm and a warm personality. Thank you Elena!! Keep up the good work!!!!

This is a excellent storage facility! With outstanding customer service! Amber and Rosa surely takes pride in there job. They helped me compare and contrast prices as well as point out every deal they had in a very friendly matter, so I can save some money. Amber has surely mastered her job! She is what you call a "Powerhouse Employee". That means she certainly enjoys and knows every inch of her job! It completely shows in her spectacular work ethic. Every storage facility needs employees like them, they made feel like I was right at home! Therefore I will continue to visit them and only them for all of my future storage needs!!!! Thanks again!!

Just a warning to anyone shopping for storage space: Nowhere during the rate quote process was I informed of the mandatory $8/month insurance I would be required to take upon signing the rental agreement. You are not even allowed to sign a waiver and decline said insurance, unless you show proof of a current homeowners or renters policy. Even after furnishing proof of insurance, I had to call a month later to get them to refund my money. Just a heads up. Other than that, the facilities are standard and Ive been satisfied thus far.

Amber is an incredible employee; she offers the type of customer service that you hardly see anymore in the USA. She was so helpful and pleasant, and took the time to follow up with me concerning my account, not once or twice, but several times. Cheryl and Amber were awesome, they made my experience very easy and answered all my questions with professionalism and courtesy. I was pleased with the property, very well lit and clean. Was not getting the $1 first month rental and then was told it would be $23 but once Cheryl explained it I had a clearer understanding of the charges. I will recommend your services without hesitation.
