This is my first time ever having to put my things in storage. I reserved the room online by a sales Rep who offered me the best for my money. The next day I went to the office to get keys and complete the paperwork with Sparkle. She was very detailed and professsional. I ran into a lil problem when I was actually moving my stuff in and she was a great help. Her coworker Pat was also pleasant and professional. Thank you guys for making my day so much easier. I will always refer my friends and family to where ever Sparkle is working

The tucker public storage is the absolute best location for this company. The minute I made my reservation the property manager LaQuayle called me to confirm. From the moment I got there she was very friendly and helpful. I explained my situation to her and she went above and beyond to accommodate my family and our needs. best property manager I have ever meet if you need storage I recommend going to her she will give you the best price and space for your needs and some more.

Norma is awesome. I stopped by public storage because I got lost on my way to a party. i walked in and ask for directions. Norma helped me out. She was very patient and always had a smile on her face. Also, she has a great sense of humor. When I was almost out the door, I figured in asking her if she can quote me a unit for some items I needed store. She gave me a great deal. I appreciate at her for that. I will definitely return. Please go by and see her. :)

I give the manager, Sheila, the highest possible marks for her gracious assistance and support. I intended to do my homework and "shop" several of the storage facilities I had researched online. However, Public Storage at Montreal Circle was the second facility I visited, and I had no need to look further. I am very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, hours, ease of access, and customer service. I would highly recommend this facility - and ask for Sheila!

Dshaunda and Sparkle need to teach a class on Customer Service! I came in to rent a storage that turned out to be the wrong size. They turned a bad situation into a wonderful one by being helpful, personable, and outstanding! They gave me the level of service I deserved as a customer and that is not easy to find anymore. I will only use Public Storage for my storage needs in the future because of these two ladies. Give them a raise!!!!

It was such a pleasure doing business with Natalie, She explained every thing in detail to us and gave us a wonderful unit for our price range.My mom says she is a true sweetheart. Wish more people can be like Natalie with her amazing personality and buisness sense! Before going to any other Public Storage, Try the one on 1750 Montreal Circle if you want your moving to be easier.

The young man Ryan was very helpful and tryed everything to get into a unit but am I not sure if it will work for me because I dont know where I am going to move to and I dont want to be to far from my things he even tried to help me find it at another place that I told him i mite be moving to but I will just have to see but if I go anywhere I think I will go back to where he is

In the past the gates were unlocked until 9p but now they only give you access during office hours. Its an inconvenience for me since I go in to work when they open and will often stay longer after work. Im paying about the same price as I would for another unit at a different location but with extended access. Ive just reserved a unit somewhere else.

Few days ago I had a Storage need and went to the Montreal Location where I met the manager Norma, she was so helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. She discussed my storage needs and showed me different size storages until I found the right one for me. I highly recommend this location and encourage you if you are in need of storage

Property had break-in and it has been 4 days. They still dont have unit doors repaired. Staff has basically gone into hiding to avoid angered customers. This is preventing me from accessing the unit. I only have access during business hours and they arent there at 3 in the afternoon!

They have some serious security issues. Several catalytic converters were stolen from cars parked inside the "secured area" and the security cameras were useless. They also apparently had some break ins that led them to limit how late you can enter (6pm) which is very inconvenient.

Easy move in. The property manager was very friendly. This locations security system certainly appears to be a step above the rest, security lights are running 24/7 and the cameras are monitored by an outside security company while away. I was very pleased.
