So the coupon online was misleading. I was told by the scheduler the only thing i would be reslonsible for was 41 dollars and the next three months woild be half off. Once i arrived they told me i needed to pay 3 months in advance to get that price. I truly beleive they did that because they have a no return policy on future rent payments and they wanted to maximize their earnings for the month. Candace can get a five because of her pretty eyes.

I have been a tenant at this place for 4 years I didnt check my unit as much one day this pleasant voice calls asking me about my payment cause I never been late in four years Mo not only show concern but respect as well I gave my new card information and payed the extra fees and I was happy to do so cause Mo was so understanding I recommend you store here if I afford Mo istorage better look out

Everything I needed was right there in one spot, I was able to rent a U haul and get all the things I needed to move, Ms. Mo was very helpful with everything and I loved how nice the office was.....very helpful + everything I needed to move....... not only will I return but I am telling everybody about this spot ,where customer service matter.

This place is everything you want in a storage facility. Absolutely amazing staff, easiest access you could hope for, incredibly secure, friendly, empathetic & compassionate staff who bend over backwards for those who find themselves in a bad situation and just genuine people working there. I recommend highly. 10 stars!!!!

Clean secure and has U-haul rental trucks onsite, however, they have charged my credit card for additional insurance fees in two consecutive billing even though theyve got my proof of insurance within days from renting the unit. Beware, do not leave your credit card information at this facility. Theyll misuse it.

This is my second run with this storage facility. Good customer service, clean facilities and my property feels secure here. The only thing Id like fixed is a way out the gate without having to get out of my car again and walking up to box. Otherwise its great!

I can never reach them in office or on the phone ..they lock doors during regular business hours ..dont answer the phone ...I would not recommend this place I cant wait to move my stuff out of this storage..this business is not on a professional level

I was having a bad moving experience until I passed this place. It was a lady with a nice personality, I think her name was Ms. Mo. She helped me get a storage and a uhaul. ONE STOP! Dont we all like that? GREAT people, great prices!

Clean, well kept storage facility. I feel very safe keeping my items there. (No other way to get in except through main gate.) No vehicle parking but dont need that right now. Nice manager.
