CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING HERE! Where to start.... I went here on 2/11/2017, paid for my storage and was told that my storage would be ready the next time I came. I went back on 2/18/2017, my storage was NOT ready. I went to my storage to find out that there was a lock still on my storage and I COULDNT GET IN. I went there after hours so the office was closed but there was still an employee inside. I went to the office and knocked on the door to get her attention and she mouthed that the office was closed. I mouthed back that my storage still had a lock on it. (Mind you that I hired some movers to help me with the move so they were waiting at the storage for me and in the mean time, my time was running up, meaning that I was going to be charged more money because of a mistake that Extra Space Storage made.) As Im waiting at the office door to get a response, the lady at the desks walks to the back of the office and didnt say anything to me. My mom walks back to my storage only to see that the lady walked back there to unlock the storage and DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO US KNOW THAT SHE WAS GOING BACK TO UNLOCK IT. So SHE LEFT US WAITING OUTSIDE of the front office and walks back to unlock the storage and didnt tell us and then she tried to sneak through the back door of the storage so that no one would see her. My mom went and met her at the door and told her that it was very unprofessional what she did. The lady was talking on her phone the whole time and didnt even acknowledge that my mom was standing there talking to her. She basically ignored her. No apology for THEIR mistake. When I first went into this office they wanted me to rate them 5 stars to make them look good before I had even used the storage but Im glad that I waited to give them a review because I didnt have a very good experience with them. This is what I get and Im paying $82/month for a 5"x10".

Call that are concerned and work at any extra storage facility on flakes Mill Road Mrs. Christine John Jones has not only been professional knowledgeable patient and helpful she was very courteous smiling and you can tell she loves our job I will continue to send people to this facility and tell all my friends about the great service at this facility have a great day

You know how you walk into a place and it just smells clean? Extra Space Storage in Ellenwood has that quality! Christine was so professional and welcoming. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, as this is my first time ever using a storage facility. I would definitely recommend her and her facility to anyone.

Because I travel in and out of town I was told to check out the storage at Elenwood. I drop by and found the place very clean a lot cleaner than most and the young ladies who work there were very helpful and most kind I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them when Im in town again.

I loved the staff, Christina (Candy) Jones were very friendly!! She went above and beyond to explain everything in detail to me and when my access code didnt work their wasnt a problem of fixing it. I like the fact that everything was very clean. Im loving on Extra Space Storage right now!!!!!
