I have had the pleasure of having Angela be the main contact for my dealings with CubeSmart over the past several years. I have been renting a storage unit at this location long before Angela arrived here. In the past and even during the time that Angela has been at this location my interactions with other CubeSmart representatives has not always been satisfactory. I have told my wife on several occasions that if I owned a business that required customer interaction, I would, without a doubt hire Angela. She has always gone above and beyond. There have been occasions where I was dissatisfied with the CubeSmart Corporate policies specifically relating to rent increases. BEWARE! I experienced a THEFT at my Cubesmart storage unit in Norcross, GA. The lock was not breached or broken, the perpetrators entered through the space between the walls and the ceiling. They took all 3 TVs and damaged some of the goods in the attempt. The Cubesmart team said to report to my insurance, yet their assertion of SAFE and SECURE and 24 hr. surveillance seemed to be a marketing slogan. The only people with access to the unit next to mine were the temporary tenant and the employees at Cubesmart, presumably, as the building wasnt broken into. Quite a little business opportunity.... steal and then have my insurance company pay for it.

I cannot say enough good things about Mrs. Angela. The first time I was being shown the property by an associate of hers, she was out on property cleaning/fixing something. I would not have known she was the property manager if I had not met her later. That kind of selfless dedication proves a lot to me. She is extremely responsive, cares deeply about her property, and appears to know everyone who sets foot on the property. (she very quickly greeted me one day when I got there. She told me later, that she hadnt recognized me until she saw my face, because I happened to be in a different vehicle!!) She is GREAT!!

For a self storage place, it was not too bad. The cameras are not in the best of shape, and did not work for most of the time I was using them for storage... hopefully that is fixed now. Also, the rent rate was like your age, headed UP very quickly... was a take it or leave it thing. I get a rate increase after a year, but after only weeks! Also, they had a tenant that was using it as a manufacture plant, and older Asian lady that would work from her room, which was very weird. The local staff was nice, but appeared to be hamstrung by their corporate policies, or so they said.

What a pleasure interacting with Angela at this location. I/we have rented several storage facilities over the past five years (on the north side Atlanta,, as well as Charleston) -- and by far this facility has the most conscientious, sincere employees. Angela goes out of her way to ensure youre happy, as well as help resolve issues and make recommendations to help with move in ... and move out! (Thanks, Angela!!) We were at this location seven months -- always treated with respect, clean facility and safe building. Great customer service all around from Angela and Tony!!

I find her to be both trustworthy and friendly which is rare qualities today. I have had 2 storage units at Cube Smart for approximately 5 years. Over that period of time, the staff has ALWAYS given me EXCELLENT customer service, the location is ALWAYS clean, and I have never had a problem with my storage units. Their prices are also competitive. A special mention goes out to General Manager, Angela McCoy. She is truly an ANGEL. You can tell she genuinely cares about how the property is managed and how satisfied her clients are. She goes over and above normal standards. She makes you feel like "family."

I cant say enough about the amazing customer service provided by the store manager Angela. I am moving out of the unit and she is just as helpful as when I moved it. She answers the phone promptly and pleasantly willing to assist me in with all my needs. I went to my unit one night and I saw her walking the property. Ive used this facility two times over the last two years for about 3 months each time. This facility is conveniently located between Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Its close to Duluth, Berkeley Lake, and Norcross. The facility itself is well maintained and clean. The general manager, Angela McCoy, always greets you with a smile and great service when you arrive. She makes the moving in and moving out processes extremely simple. I wont hesitate when I need to use this place a third time.
