My experience at CubeSmart when I moved in was amazing. Wilma is AWESOME. She meticulously went through the contract and facility with me. She kept me smiling through the process and made me feel extremely welcomed. And when I had a problem applying my lock, the older gentleman came to aide within minutes of me calling the front desk. In addition to the amazing customer service that I received, the facility is very well maintained. It was very clean, and I did not see any bugs. I was totally impressed. (Prior to bringing my belongings to CubeSmart, I was renting at another popular facility and there were so many spiders in the unit I felt like they should have paid my monthly bill. On top of that the customer service there was sub par.) At CubeSmart I selected a small unit, but the amount of space I received was surprising. I had no idea there was going to be an up and downstairs in the unit. The unit space was surely not as small as I thought and I was very happy to have the additional space. I would HIGHLY recommend CubeSmart (Decatur). Thank you Wilma, you are the BEST! :o)

I am writing this after I had to rent another storage space. Quanyse couldnt have been more helpful. This CubeSmart on Redwing Rd. is one of the best I have ever rented from, which is due to the friendly, courteous people working there. Quanyse, Shana and Damien are all "top of the line" employees and CubeSmart should be grateful they work for you.

I went to this location on a rainy day. It was storming outside! Danny Hollis went above and beyond for me! I bought by lock from this store. Danny offered to run out in the rain, to secure my storage unit, so that my 3 year and I didnt have to get soaked. He came back drenched in water, but still had a smile on his face! Danny Hollis for president!

The representative at the facility was Awesome. The reservation was horrible but I had no choice but to use them. I ordered a 8/20 unit and wasnt told until I arrived that it was two story and a very narrow staircase.. Please let your customers know ahead of time so they can make a decision not when its not possible.

Beware of your rate going up without your agreeing to nor any notice. Although the staff is very polite, they werent helpful when this occurred. Now I have to move my stuff in a small window of time. There are other places that dont do business like this and that are also more cost efficient.

My experience with the office staff was fabulous! My only other comment is that I would have liked to know ahead of time to bring my own locks since that was required on the day of doing the paperwork. This was not known to me and I had to buy their locks. I highly recommend this location.

Ms. Wilma was very nice and welcoming. She provided the type of customer service that has become rare in this day and age. I like the loft type design for the storage which helps to separate items that I dont need to search through often from the items that will be in and out.
