I am BEYOND satisfied with the service that I received from Britt. She is very professional and proficient. I originally reserved a unit two weeks ago and she followed up as stated on my confirmation. After viewing the unit, she followed up with me again by phone and email. That is EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Upon returning, two weeks later to rent the unit, she even remembered me. Thats what I call REMARKABLE service. Britt is absolutely an asset to the Public Storage corporation.

I visited this location a few days ago to inquire about a storage rental. This will be my first time renting a storage and was unaware of the different sizes. I was provided the sizes along with the rates. I am pleased to say how great the customer service was. I came in to get storage units while in transition and I experienced outstanding customer service. Britt and Kwana assisted me in accommodating my storage requirements which were not easy to deal with because of the time constraints and amount of things I had to store. They made it seem easier than I thought it would be and at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend this place

One of the best storage facilities around hands down! I have rented from this location for over 5 years and just rented another unit recently. Kwana was a delight and extremely helpful. Between Kwana and the district manager, Sean, my experience with renting at this facility is second to none! Im completely satisfied and would highly recommend this facility!!!!

Bad experience on my visit to get a storage area here lady at the desk was nice but she was having computer problems this particular day took me almost an hour and a half just for the lease contract to get printed for me to sign im sure its not not like this all the time may on occasions
