I stayed with Metro Storage as long as I did out of convenience. Customer service was poor. I dreaded going into that office dealing with the manager there. He was so confrontational, it was always a back and forth thing, a play on words with him. Too uptight. Im moving this weekend and Im so happy. The place is a little farther away... about 1/2 mile more... definitely no big deal there. : ) Its cleaner, larger and MUCH CHEAPER... almost half. My God worked that out for me.

I used this storage for myself and children when we was displaced from our home I fell upon hard times and couldnt keep up with the payments when I asked for payment arrangements I was told they couldnt do it so on top of being basically homeless we lost everything else they held great value like family photos that we cant get back. To top it off after they sold my unit these bastards sent me to collections when I know the things that was in there held a lot of value.

Excellent price and clean, well maintained facility. $45/month for a small climate-controlled unit. The woman who helped me get set up was very professional and very helpful. This is the first storage unit Ive rented, and the variety of offerings and the price made it worth the 15-minute drive to get there from my home.
