The units and facility are clean and well kept. No bugs to be found. However, they went up $10 on my rent only 4 moths after having the unit. The manager claimed he couldnt adjust the price or work with me at all. Ive had other units in the past and not had the price hiked that soon. Its hard to believe the manager has zero negotiating power. The manager also said the "first month free" deal on the sign out front didnt apply to my size unit, that those units he could only do half off the first month on. Basically that tells me he had other empty units in my size. So, they arent even full and giving up my money? Its just bad business. Extra Space storage lost a customer over $120 for the year. Whatever, the next guy will happily accept my money.

I reserved a unit online, thinking Id picked the best possible. When I arrived in person the gentleman at the desk took my information and asked why Id chosen as I had. Then he took me to that space, which required quite a bit of walking. After that, he said "Let me show you something else." and took me to a unit that was much closer to the doors and that I like much better. This unit was also CHEAPER. I was very grateful. The place seems well secured, clean, friendly.

This was my first time using Extra Space and compared to other properties I have stored with in the past this one is by far the best. The customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond to satisfy the customer and the property was immaculate. The property was so clean that I contemplated asking them to come do my house! I would highly recommend Extra Space on Montreal Road, you will not be disappointed!

Such a great experience! I reserved my unit online and after arriving to do paperwork, it only took about ten minutes to get everything all set up. The facility was nice and clean and the customer service was on point! After the day Id had with a different storage company, Extra Space Storage was a lifesaver. I highly recommend this location and its staff!

Lenny saved me as a Extra Space customer. Very frustrated over processes trying to rent a unit before i got to Orlando. If it wasnt for Lennys great service, calm manner and professionalism i would have surely gone to another storage company. Lenny needs to be cloned.
