DO NOT RENT HERE! MOLD/ MILDEW ISSUES are rampant here! Our storage space in the "climate controlled" area was covered in mold and mildew. We had placed charcoal throughout the unit as advised yet all of our belongings were covered in mold and mildew today when we unpacked our unit. The management was unconcerned and just handed us a copy of our contract with the area that indicated they were not responsible for ANY damages even if THEY neglected to maintain thier property. There was no offer to help with the damages. We have now had to call in a professional company to clean our furniture and household belongings. Our bill with them will be $1500. DO NOT risk your valuable belongings by placing them with this storage company.

We have had 2 units at this location for just under a year. The property is maintained, safe, and clean. We had 2 climate controlled units. None of our belongings were damaged by moisture, as I have seen happen at other facilities that do not maintain thier properties. The property manager is kind, curtious, and professional. If the need ever arises again, i would definitely be a repeat customer.

This place is great, from the moment you talk to someone on the phone to walking in the door. Carla was especially helpful on the phone to help me figure out the size unit I needed. They really keep this place clean as well. I will definitely refer people to Extra Space!

Made an online reservation but I had problems picking up a rental truck. When I finally got the rental truck they called to say they were first come first serve and they were giving away the unit I had reserved. Good thing there are so many storage places around here.

Carla made a usually mundane process into something to be celebrated. Grounds are neat and clean and easy to access. I have referred 2 people based off of my own experience and 1 is now storing here as well! Hurry down, they fill up fast!
