5.0 star rating 11/1/2016 First to Review I found a suitable winter/indoor storage space while searching online. When I arrived at Public Storage I was greeted by both Denise and Karen at the front desk and was promptly waited on and advised to go ahead and pull my Boat around to the storage directly. When I pulled around was pleasantly surprised to find it a drive-thru space at same price I shopped a single door unit. Opened it up and it was very clean and in A1 condition. The reason I am writing the review however was the customer service provided to me while I was attempting to maneuver my boat and trailer into storage space- I feel I am a good driver and skilled with truck and trailer. That said my rig would not be tucked in for the winter without Denise direct help in this move- She spotted for me and gave the guidance the situation called for and smiled while she did it. Big thumbs up to Public Storage and the girls at the front desk!

Warm climate, good location, convenient access with the drive-in bay. Very spacious with quite a walk to some units, but when its inside a warm and cozy building, it makes winter storage a lot easier to handle. As for the staff? Karen and Denise did a wonderful job of training a newer associate, Jayme, who also helped us get everything set up. While I already knew the facility rather well, they still went through the script to explain everything -- youd think Id be annoyed by that, but it actually made me feel more welcome and also gave me some details I might otherwise not have known. All-in-all, prices and all else considered, Id definitely recommend this facility for storage needs. With a variety of sizes and styles of storage units, and a helpful and friendly staff, its hard to find a better choice anywhere else.

The facility is a five star. Karen the site manager provides great customer service and is very attentive. Everyone else that I have ever dealt with at this location has been very rude. They have also not been very knowledgeable about their property and the services they provide. Last week I called and asked if Karen was available and the guy answered that he was the site manager and that I could ask him. I said that I thought Karen was and he responded that she was not and that he was. Unsurprisingly he was not able to answer my questions about their policy accurately and needed assistance from the person training him. Staff changing frequently at a business is red flag to me.

I did an on-line reservation and received a confirmation call from Karen right away. She was very personable and helpful over the phone. Val helped me when I arrived to sign the lease, etc. Val was OUTSTANDING, showing me where my unit was, making sure my unit was appropriately sized, and taking care to answer all my questions and explain everything thoroughly. She was friendly, professional and efficient – a great combination for good customer service. The facility is very nice – immaculate, secure, well-lit and definitely climate controlled (it was more comfortable than my house).

Karen and Denise were great! Even more than great! We first went to Public Storage on Michigan Ave here in Canton and we were impressed with Karen and Denise, how professional they were, how they showed us the type of unit we needed and then showed us around the facilities. We wanted to check out a few others places before making a decision and found that customer service wasnt a part of the other storage units. Because of the customer service of Karen and Denise we returned to Public Storage on Michigan Ave and signed the contract.

My experience was amazing. Karen and Denise took such good care of us. Karen went above and beyond her job. She used her cell phone to find us a better price for the unit. She also checked on us at least 2 times. She hugged me when she knew I was stressed. She was amazing. She saved our day. My parents had just drove 2 days strait from Florida. God bless you Karen. Karen and Denise have been very helpful and easy to work with. Whenever I have questions or concerns they have assisted me with a positive and pleasant demeanor. So far the company seems to be transparent with their policies. I would recommend reserving online as opposed to coming in first if you are interested in saving money as there are a lot of first month specials online.

Karen, Jayzah, Kelli and Denise are great! I recently transferred from one unit to another and the transition was handled very smoothly and without a glitch. I started with Denise and ended up with Karen and Jayzah. I love the fact that the facility is indoors and close to my home. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to store their belongings.

Keren and Denise were so awesome. Excellent customer service. I arrived late and told them I had to be out by a certain time and they did wonders, went over everthing in a fast pase for my needs. First time customer and will recommend anyone to those two wonderful ladies!! I see that they are hiring as well. Would love to work with those two!!! So seriouse tho!

Excellent customer service ,they welcome you with a smile when you walk in. I met Karen and Denise and they were super professional. Karen showed me my storage room and she gave me the best deal. Shes the best .Plus the place was very clean and secured so you feel safe to keep your stuff there. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent!

On July 9th I became a 1st time public storage renter. Val was very helpful and made sure I was renting the size storage unit that I would need. She had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived making the process run very efficiently and smoothly. If I need a storage unit after this I will for sure return to this facility.

This storage center is AWESOME... put every other one Ive seem to shame! Not only is it very clean, secure, and easily accessible, but the customer service is fantastic. Denise and Karen were extremely helpful when I went in to get a climate controlled unit, going above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. A++!
