This facility offers only excuses for items that are promised. Be sure to get all items in writing whenever renting from this storage locker or others. The following items were promised but were not fully delivered: 1. Free Uhaul Truck Rental The Uhaul "Truck Rental" was indeed covered (~$20), however they didnt mention you needed to cover the $60+ for mileage for an in-town move 2. Free First Month Rent When asked if the first months rent was free, I was told on the phone it was, however, when renting the locker, we discovered the second month was free instead. The manager blamed the booking company and would not take responsibility for the miscommunication. We were ok with this fact, but when taken into account with other items we experienced at the facility, it appears the company intentionally miscommunicates items 3. Prorate Last Month When asked in person if they would prorate the last month, the company said they would. However, when entering the office with an official move date, the manager stated that no storage locker facilities prorate the last month and continued to blame both the invoicing system and Governor Snyder. This company seems to only offer excuses and not solutions. If you are in need of a storage locker and want an easy and straight forward experience, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Site manager is very helpful and its very easy to access my belongings. It feels secure and the rates are better than any other facility I looked at in Ann Arbor. Im very pleased with my decision to store at SafeLock and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage! Just a note: if you want to use the free moving truck make sure to call well in advance of your move-in date.

The office staff was pleasent and helpful. The until was conveniently located and clean. There is a problem with large moves as the entrance gate is set up in such a way that large semis cant turn around to exit; they can only pull straight in and back straight out. Luckily, I had a unit in the main entrance aisle.

The staff at Five Star Store-It are top notch. They have been incredibly helpful to me on a number of occasions to ensure that I have easy access to my unit at any time and extremely helpful when I need to ship things in or out with a freight truck. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Matt, the site manager is fabulous. He is professional and always goes out of his way to help with requests. We needed a last minute 20 foot rental truck. Matt called around to find us one. He provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this facility.

Third or fourth storage facility Ive used. Prices is a little expensive. But the service is amazing. Stored here for almost a year and very happy with the cleanliness, accessibility, security, and friendliness. Would store here again.

Lockers are clean, dry, accessible. When I asked a friend to retrieve something for me and he left the locker unlocked, the manager called me within an hour. You cant beat service like that!
