Uncle bobs storage is a great storage. Just recently I purchased a home and needed a place to store my items for the next 60 days. Karen Mosley was great, she gave great customer service and helped me with all my storage needs. She was honest, and took the time to make sure I was able to get the unit that best fits my needs. The prices are amazing, and the fact that Karen Mosley was great at her job, made my experience even better. If you need a good storage unit for a great price and not to mention climate control, then check out Uncle bobs storage, and make sure you ask for Karen Mosley.

This is the second time we have used Uncle Bobs storage on Marathon Blvd. I would rate both experiences a 5. It is clean, neat and climate controlled. The security access is also really good. Also, they have packing materials for sale at a reasonable price and carts for easy loading. This time, we also used the free truck rental and it was terrific to have that availability. In addition, Lacey who helped us was a delight-very helpful and so efficient. I would definitely recommend Uncle Bobs!

Decent experience renting a unit. However I called SEVERAL times (over multiple days) with questions regarding my move out. NEVER got an answer. A few times it just rang out, other times I got an automated message stating other customers were being helped. I even left a message and never got a call back!!! (And yes, I obviously called during business hours and not during what could have been lunch hour.) Ridiculous and unprofessional. Nice facility though.

This place is great. Juan and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating towards my requests and needs. The building is clean and secured, and I really appreciate them taking the time to answer all of my questions, giving me a tour, and setting me up with the perfect size storage unit that accommodates all of my household items at an affordable rate! Joan and Ken provided my best moving experience yet. They have a great facility with many ammenities and at a very good price. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a safe and affordable place to put their stuff. There are carts to move stuff about and large elevators too. They rent Uhaul trucks and sell boxes and moving supplies. I would highly recommend this to my friends

We have been using Uncle Bobs for about 1 year and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Today we went in to upgrade to a larger until and the associate manager Karen Mosley was extremely nice and helpful with our transition. If you are in need of a nice indoor climate controlled storage unit I highly recommend Uncle Bobs and Karen.

The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and the facility is very clean and nice. There is ample parking, and there are two elevators. Both of these things made moving stuff into the facility a breeze.
