They raise the rates every year and if you have a problem they are unwilling to help. Tried to make my payment through the website for 2 months and the website would not work. When I complained about it I was rudely told that they had NO problems with the website, When I called corporate I was told that the first month they had just changed over to the new site and were experiencing issues and the second month the website went down just as I tried to make my payment.

I was at securelock for two months. The entire time the staff was very friendly and would answer any questions I had. The units were clean, the place has cameras, you get your own gate access code and you can access your unit any time from 6 am till 10 pm. I was very happy with the service, the staff was always great!!! If I ever need to use storage again securelock will be my first choice.

They need to train their drivers on how to act professional and courteous on the road. I slowed up to cautiously merge onto Pleasant Hill Rd this afternoon and one their trucks immediately started honking their horn at me nonstop to the point that it really startled me. If your going to advertise on your trucks, make sure you are making a positive impression.

Nicolee is the bomb diggity! I watched her calmly and efficiently deal with a difficult customer over the phone before she swooped in and saved my day in helping me get the size box that Ive been trying to find for four days!! Seriously, someone get that lady a cape, cause shes a hero.

Fantastic customer service! We stored our things here for almost two years and never had any issues. Now were in a place where we need storage again and Secure Lock is the only place I wanted to use. Thankfully they had exactly what I needed.
