I do not recommend doing business with this place at all. I got my storage units here back in February of 2014 and I needed 2 units so I got two 10x20 the day I was moving my things I found out that he had rented one of my units out from under me. (Hank) the so called owner then tells me he will give me another unit that was not climate controlled for the same price. I really didnt have much of a choice at the time do to all my stuff on a moving truck with movers waiting on me. Needless to say 6 months later because he is a scam artist I called up there to pay my unit bill and he then tells me without notice that my storage bill went up from $195 up to $278 that is an $83 dollar difference which is not justifiable at all. I could see $10 or $15 increase but $83 WOW!!!!!!. He then told me that if I didnt pay the $278 he would sell my things at the next auction. It would have been different if he/they would have giving me notice so I could at least find something else. Hope this helps someone else before they become a victim like me. Good Luck

I live close by and used the storage facility when we moved. All was fine, but now under new management the service is top notch! Much cleaner in office & more professional. We rented a U-haul truck from them this week to move my parents out of their home to Kentucky. Travis was extra helpful and even called a few days prior to pickup to check in. We also used his movers (True Service Cartage & Moving) and somehow they made it all fit perfectly! We were a little concerned there wouldnt be room but they were positive and did their best to make it all fit safely & carefully. They were easy to work with and we appreciated their work. I give them an excellent review!

Previous Mgt is gone - thank goodness. I was in the process of moving out today when Travis (family owner) explained the previous mgt was gone and extended good price to stay. Even spoke to the owner on the phone who apologized. Office is cleaned up, place is looking better already. Hopefully this is a sign of more good things to come. I am glad we stayed - very convenient to home and climate controlled at a better price than the same size unit without climate control on Spout Springs road.

CROOKS. This is probably the worst, most unprofessional group of people gathered together in one place. I wouldnt trust storing my trash here. Please dont use this business until corporate Uhaul takes it back over. Tried to complain to the owner who owns a grading company in Dawsonville. But of course no return call.

Ok I had a bad day on last review. Outback storage has redemed themselves. Issues resolved management went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate me which I am truly grateful for.
