Simply horrible. Simply Self Storage bought this place and immediately increased my rate from $89 to $129. The management promised me that there wouldnt be an increase when they asked me to sign a new contract. All lies. Spoke to Tony the "District Manager" who basically told me that I was moved up to "street rates" and that it would cost me more to move my belongings and rent from a different company. Tony also told me not to bother calling corporate again because my complaint would just come to him and he would just call me and tell me the same thing. So if you are interested in this type of service then you found it. I can not believe that the company approves this type service. Look around, there are Storage companies around that will give you a much better price. I found climate controlled units the same size for less than Tonys "Street Rate".
