I will definitely recommend this storage facility! I have used storage facilities several times over the years during moves and this one is the cleanest one Ive seen. The customer service was excellent! The staff went beyond my expectations. They were also very accommodating in meeting my appt needs and answering all my questions and concerns. They were very professional, yet still personable and made me feel comfortable and "at home" . I felt like my belongs were very secure and well looked out for. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any storage facility! Thank you!

Thanks so much to the folks at Extra Space. Professional, courteous and fast. In and out in 30 mins. First month rent free, although between $25 admin fee and lock its $40 up front. But on the whole a super easy experience. Got $10 off a 5x10. Its easy to access. And the grounds are clean and well maintained. Go see Caitlin. She is awesome. She got all my paperwork done fast and was a pleasure to deal with. She showed me my unit and went over everything I needed to know. A great experience all around!

Emmy was extremely courteous and helpful at a very stressful time for me. She was patient while I carried on about my hectic life and gave me peace of mind. The grounds were clean and neat and Emmy showed me all of the facility.
