I would like to compliment your employee, Alvin Green, Jr., for the excellent service he provided today (3/31/17) at the Duluth, GA store. During the last few weeks I have been very stressed out from moving and Alvin treated me with such patience, kindness and provided suggestions – he made my day! This world needs more people like Alvin who are personable and sincerely care about their customers. I could tell that Alvin loves what he does and performs in a very professional, knowledgeable manner. This is the second time I have used CubeSmart and came back to this location and have referred friends because of Alvin’s professional and kind service. Such a commitment to great customer service is hard to find and is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to refer customers to this location and when needed, I will also use your company again. Im satisfied with this Cube Smart in particular, but be weary of the falsified information online and when speaking to random customer service representatives. Once I got to the Cube Smart from carefully selecting the perfect storage size that should fit items from a 1 bedroom apartment, I was told that I may want to go bigger because its actually fit for a small studio sized apartment. Sooooo the website is inaccurate , ok. I also asked someone representing Cube Smart if this special rate they are offering would go up at any point and they said "No, no it wont". When I arrived for my reservation I got a different answer. Just be aware of the company as a whole.

I cant even find the words to describe how much I love this place. After searching around for months for a storage facility that actually kept my stuff safe & sound, I finally found CubeSmart (never knew it existed honestly). Ive been here for years, back when Wilma was the manager, and now the new manager, Alvin (coolest, most down to earth guy ever) and Jesscnia (super helpful & very funny) took this place to the next level. The security is top notch & the building is super clean. Its never noisy AND there are free snacks in the front office. I wish I had more stuff so I could rent more units... yes, I love this place that much.

If I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS THEY GOT ALL MY ITEMS MOLDED AND MILDEWED .. CLOTHES AND FURNITURE BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING CLIMATE CONTROL ISSUES ALL WEEK COME TO FIND OUT THEY MADE ME PURCHASE THE INSURANCE ONLY TO BE TOLD IT DOSENT COVER MOLD IF IT WASNT CAUSED BY WATER DAMAGE ... IVE ALSO BEEN WAITING SINCE FRIDAY FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK .. NEXT CALL I MAKE WILL BE TO MY LAWYER .. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY DO NOT CARE.

This place is amazing. My sister and I came in looking for a unit asap. We werent sure what we were looking for but knew a price range. Quanyse listened to our story and found us a unit that we felt was perfect for what we needed and was perfectly priced. She showed us around and was so friendly. This has been the best experience ever getting a storage unit. Not to mention, this place is so clean, quiet and secure! Never going anywhere else again.

Horrible Customer Service. Watch out for the manager Alvin, as he does not keep his word. They over charged me on insurance papers for three months but only gave me a credit back for 2 months (because they dont keep records and notes very well) then we had to call several times in order to get a referral bonus applied to our account. Alvins attitude is cynical and he is arrogant. He believes he is doing the customer a favor by working there.

I came into the office a couple days ago and rented a storage unit. Chris was the representative that was helping me. He was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend going to Chris. He explained the whole renting process step by step and answered all of my questions and concerns. After we processed all of the paper work, he even took the time to lock up the office and walk me to my storage unit to ensure I could access smoothly.

Service is excellent. The representative was courteous, helpful, and very thorough. The storage lockers are clean and well maintained. Doors are secure and the facility is easy to navigate. Security is very good. Getting to and from the lockers is easy to do. I have used storage lockers in the past.............CubeSmart is by far the best!!!
