Worst service EVER! I made a reservation online on 10/11/14. I told them earlier in that morning that I was coming from an hour and a half away and would be cutting the time close to closing. They informed me it was no problem and they would wait. We get here at 4:21 and the woman in the office said she closed early and would not honor what we had been told beforehand. Very rude, and completely irresponsible as a business. Get someone professional to store your personal valuables and do not use metro self storage. I will be contacting their DM to be reimbursed for further mileage on my U haul and gas when I was on site and in the office before closing time. I would give no stars if I could.

Weve had so much trouble with this place. The phone has never been answered by a person in the 2 years we have had our stuff there, which has made paying our bill nearly impossible. When we finally complained to corporate they agreed to put us on an auto pay arrangement, only they never actually did it. Next thing we know they send us a letter saying our things would be auctioned due to non payment. When we ask why we were never notified of the auto pay not working we were hung up on. It seriously took our lawyer calling them before we got any answers. I wouldnt wish the hassle of this place on anyone.

Ms Angela and her staff has provided my fiancé and I with the best customer service. Weve had our items in Metro self storage for about a year due to moving back home to Atlanta for work and while under going the home buying process. Our items have stayed safe and undamaged the entire time. This is the third time Ive used Metro Self Storage thought out the past 10 years.
