I wanted to say that working with Full Basement Self Storage was very smooth. We had one issue where there was a problem with the gate code. We called them and they gave us a way to open it with our phone. No more problems. I had a small mold problem on a piece of furniture which was unfortunate. Not something they did at all the unit was dry. I would recommend getting the insurance if you are storing cloth furniture just in case. Like I said this was not caused by leaking or any other problem with the unit. Thanks for being there during a difficult time guys.

I love the low price of $45 for my small unit and the convenience of paying automatically or calling it in with a 9 nine day grace period! Ive never had any issues with this company and Ive been using them for almost 9 months. Customer service is on point as well! I highly recommend storing your precious belongings in this secure environment.

I was able to sign up completely online and move my stuff into the unit the same day. I recommend this self storage facility above all others.
