Great customer service and quality storage units! The manager will help you find the right unit for your needs and will do everything he can to get you the best possible price. Dont make the same mistake that I did by not listening to his advice on which size to rent. I tried to save a few bucks by getting a smaller unit. Halfway through our move I realized it was too small and I had to get the bigger unit and move everything twice!!!

Malachi has been such a pleasure to work with! Not only is he extremely professional, but he really takes the time to help you make the best decision for the allotted space that you need. Any time that I have had additional questions, he has always been patient and extremely knowledgeable. My partner and I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided to us from Malachi. Even though the units was slightly higher than the others in the area we were pleased with the upkeep. In the future we would use this place again, my advice to those who sign any contract read the fine print and ask lots of questions if you do not understand.

I will have to amend my previous review. I was late for the first time with the new ownership with my rent. Extra space charges a ridiculous 20% for late rent. It cost me $80.00 in confiscatory charges! I have been with three previous ownerships and this is by far the worst treatment by any previous owner.

We have had our storage there for well over a year with no issues. New owners come in and our storage had been broken into twice within 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!! Only thing they would say is we have to file a report. DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM STOLEN!!!!!!!!!
