What a fabulous place! After going to numerous places and dealing with lots of un-friendly people during my moving experience...I found AAAA Self Storage in Buford. The managers here are so nice and treat you like a family member. They seem to truly care about me as a customer and often do events to benefit the Buford area...such as yard sales, food drives, toys for tots, etc. The property looks clean and very secure. It is truly a one stop shop since I was able to rent a Uhaul, pick up some boxes and rent a storage space all in one short visit. Next time I move I am calling this place first! They made my move much less stressful...Thanks AAAA!

The guy who lived up in the 2nd floor yelled from his apt. He was very unprofessional. I have been there for about 3 years. Now the price sky rock and the customer service is terrible. Would never recommend to anyone and please dont spend your hard earn money here. By the way...customers are their boss. If there is no customer, there is no business. I guess they dont get that philosophy.

This place has the worst Assist Facility Manager Dafina Terry and would not help me with under standing my bill and lied when asked to speak to her manger. Which she stated she was the manger and the owner of the Buford location!!! Would never use this place again!!!!!!!!
