We have had several storage units in the past but none where the staff has been more helpful and very pleasant to interact with. The facility is very clean and appealing which is a big plus in my book!!! They have a storage sale twice a year that they do all the advertising for to bring the crowd in for you to sale your things you no longer want. Thanks Josh and Katie!!! :) Melissa

The employees are like drones, rude, no personality, they look at you like youre stupid when you ask a basic question. Clearly no customer service experience. Thumbs down. If I could give zero stars, I would.
