We had a very poor experience with a man who identified himself as the manager. We dropped a one way small rental trailer at the business at 4pm on a Saturday. We were called at 8:30pm by this man yelling that he was going to have to drive back to work because we parked in front of a fire hydrant, there was another trailer there (not our trailer) and blocking the keypad (it was over 500 ft. back, and the keypad was completely clear). When I said he had the wrong trailer we were told "This is not up for debate and you may be ticketed if you dont move it. " We were then hung up on. That alone should want you to avoid this man but, we couldnt and moved the trailer. He became aggressive with me when we arrived to the storage unit to which my husband got out of the car and told him to watch his mouth. What an awful incident. This man was angry and looking for a fight, no customer service, no apology when it was clearly not our trailer. The manager was a big guy, I picked up the trailer and moved it bare handed to another location in 2 minutes. It could have been that simple. I have rented Uhauls for years through Brighton, my mistake was using this place. If alone I would have called the police.

Rented a Uhaul Trailer from these guys for a weekend booked through Uhauls website. Uhauls website had jacked everything up, terrible website... NO PROBLEM! Cedar Closet Self-Storage Fixed EVERYTHING AND SAVED ME A BUNCH OF CASH!!! I will never use anyone else !!!
