I own a small business and rented units at Stop N Store for over two years. During that period, my business flourished and much of it was in part to having the space that I needed to expand at an affordable price. Stop N Store is a family-owned business, and over the course of renting there, I came to know Tom and his sons, Gene and George. They were fun to talk to, knowledgeable people, always there during hours of operation and always working to maintain the facility and/or expand it with new projects. They were very accommodating to the fact that I quite regularly needed to have LTL shipments received there, which was very important to my business, and they also didnt mind that I was often there working with my products. With mixed emotions, I was able to purchase my own warehouse in West Michigan and had to end my monthly lease of the 12x40 and 16x40 units that I became so familiar with there. Ill miss the affordability, flexibility, knowing that my products are in a well-secured environment, their dedication to keeping the place well-maintained, and most of all, Ill miss them. They are good, honest and reasonable people and I highly recommend Stop N Store to anyone seeking extra space for their possessions or business needs.

After working in the self storage industry for the past 6 years, I found Main Street Stop-n-Stor to be on par with the top names in the industry. From the moment I walked in and was greeted with friendly smiles and warm hand shakes to the rental process itself and everything in between, the entire experience was stress free and a welcome change to the rigors of moving. The property is spotless. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The facility has been maintained perfectly. Im glad I took the chance when I first walked in and will continue to use this facility until I move from the area.

Very friendly staff, never had any problems accessing my unit when I needed to. The place is kept clean and safe. No issues closing out my unit there as well. I emptied my unit and took the lock off the night before and I got a phone call from the staff the very next morning contacting me if I needed the unit anymore. Its good to know that if my unit was broken into it would have been noticed very quickly. They also have cameras there as well watching the entrance. No complaints at all I would continue renting there if I wasnt moving to another town in a month.

A++++++ What a wonderful place to leave your belongings while you go through the stressful process of moving and relocating. The staff (George. Gene and Tom) are so friendly and pleasant to work with. Everything was as neat as a pin. I had to rent two units there (one for stuff and another for furniture) and they were more then accommodating with the whole process. It was worth every penny storing here even if they were further away from where I lived because I knew more items were safe and being watched over. Thank you so much! You have an awesome business!

I liked the facility a lot, clean, friendly; my only concern was that my husband and I moved out of our space on Friday after hours and they didnt notice until I called to them late the following Monday. They had said that they check to make sure nothing is a amiss every morning, but they did not catch that our lock was gone and our space was empty even though we were paid up through to the end of the month. Security may be a little on the relaxed side.

Clean, well taken care of, well lit at night. Ability to have 24-hour access was great for my work schedule. I rented a 10x20 unit for a little over a year, never had any problems. I often work until 3am, if I had to stop by after work I always felt safe and secure with their pin-pad access and gated perimeter. I wouldnt hesitate to rent space from them again and recommend them to others in the area.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented just a for a little while but we didnt have any issues. There was a little bit of water that came into our unit, but we assumed that may happen as is poured for days and we didnt get a climate controlled unit. We just made sure to put things on the ground we didnt want to get wet. Otherwise, it was a great place to store our things.

Great storage facility. Moved from out of town and even though units were taken , I gave them my information and they called as soon as a unit opened up, which was not long at all. Easy online bill pay, none of my items were damaged, and each access to unit at all times. I would recommend this facility to others for their storage needs.

Having experience with other storage businesses, I can say that this is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, The owner and employees will always put a smile on your face, and are very helpful and customer focused. If you have need of extra space, you will not regret this choice!
