Dont bother with this place. When it was owned by National Self Storage, it was well run and responsive to their customers. Not any more. After the new owners (SImply Self Storage) took over, they sent out invoices AFTER they were due, and then went ahead and charged an exorbitant and likely illegal late fee (over $30 for one unit!). After the national call center and site manager kindly told us that we would be refunded, the district manager over-ruled both and refused. SERVICE EXCELLENCE! They dont refund partial months rent once you are out. Who does this?? And they continue to send you invoices. (Their response... "Its an automated system." Maybe thats the problem. Does not provide itemized invoices. (multiple phone calls requesting one, never received) "Climate controlled" seems to be a term used quite loosely, so if you are still considering renting here after reading the poor reviews all over the internet because its one of the few climate controlled units in town, just consider that whenever I walked into my building, summer or winter, the temperature felt no different than outside.

Ive rented both 12 and 16 foot trucks - the 16 with a tow bed for our Lincoln MKZ hybrid. The guy working the front desk is very very friendly but hes not very effective. He hooked up the flatbed for me which came completely unhooked a half mile down the road when I drove away. He also admittedly had no idea how to load/unload a car onto it. The office is also always seemingly slammed busy with not enough staff. Although I only gave them 3 stars ("okay" based on my experiences) I would continue to rent from them. Just make sure youre not in a rush and you have someone with you in case anything goes wrong with a truck/trailer.

terrible, look for someplace else. we were charged late fees for invoices postmarked after there due date and more fees while waiting for the manager to return our 5separte phone calls.the district manager was equally poor,he promised a return call in 24 hours,after 1 week, I calked him again. The lights in our units worked for 1 month and we were told if we wanted the repaired we would need to move our stuff out at our own expense. Doors to the unit were off the springs.

My experience with the property manager Stacie at your facility was very pleasant. She provided me with everything I needed, it was a very trying time in my life and she made me feel so comfortable. She rented me a unit gave me the opportunity for insurance, everything I needed for supplies as in boxes,tape and by the time I left her office I had a new friend . That is costumer service you do not find these days.

I dont think Ive ever been more satisfied with a business than this one. They went above and beyond with customer service. They gave me great deals on a couple of storage units and not to mention how convenient it is to be able to pick up and drop off budget moving trucks at this location, not to mention the good deal I got on the truck. A+, 5 stars, wherever else there is to say that this place is the best.

I would like to thank Stacey Hill for all the help she has given to me. Out of all of the places i have been to i would say this is the best place. Stacey was a huge help. She answered all of my questions. After dealing with her i dont think you can get any better. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and to see Stacey.

It was very easy to set up a unit – the registration is streamlined and took only about 10 minutes. And the manager, Stacey, was truly helpful and so sweet! It was a pleasure talking to her. I came in with a bounty of questions and left with a reasonably priced storage locker and no stress :-)

Stacey helped me get into the united I needed and walked me to the unit to make sure it was big enough for what I needed it for. The customer service was an amazing experience if any one I know needs a unit I will recommend to come see her and she will make sure you are well taken care of

I was services by Stacey today and I had an amazing experience with her! Shes very personable and funny enough to be a comedian. The unit is very spacious (not to mention clean and secured!) at a great price compared to other storage units nearby. Definitely will be coming back!!

Rented storage for a car for the second time. Both experiences were great so far. The facilities managers were understanding, and did not hesitate to show me around despite having a lunch break at the time. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking to store their car.

This place very poorly managed. We were mistakenly locked out of our unit when we planed to move and there wasnt anyone there to help. A sign was posted on the door "Closed be back at 3" we first saw it about 11 am and waited well past 4 and no one ever showed

Same as above. The whole story. Bottom feeding management now. Close ealy then charge exorbitant late fees when you leave payment in drop box before the due date. Avoid them at all costs.

Its a large storage facility with a few different sizes available for internal or external storage. I do feel like the climate controlled is a little under heated in the winter though.
