I cannot say that I had anywhere near the same experience as another reviewer regarding debt collection. I had forgotten to take the lock of my storage area, moved, not been in the area of check forwarded mail, and then when I picked up my mail I found out (of course) that I owed Maple Village Storage a LOT of money for storage unit. I was so so grateful that the manager and owner were willing to work with me on the debt and seemed to understand my circumstances (completely my fault). I have to say, I was happy with the storage center when I used them in the past but they totally blew me away this time with their customer service. Of course, contractually, I was obligated to pay the full amount. The actual amount I paid (which Ill keep to myself so as not to set an "out" for others who owe the company money) was more than reasonable. This type of generosity and compassion in business practice is not commonly found and I sincerely hope that this business thrives. When you treat your customers more than fairly, I think you deserve all the success in the world. Thanks! Im recommending you to everyone I know who needs a storage facility.

Second time dealing with this company in two years and without a doubt will continue to give them my business. After a poor experience with another storage company (Stopn Lock -- stay away!) I stopped back in to see if they had any units available. While it is a bit out of the way from where Im moving to/from, I had a good experience with them before and figured I would try them again. Out of curiosity I asked about their $1 rent deal which I had used a year prior -- while its technically only for new renters they said it wouldnt be a problem and added the second month to my lease. A few minutes later I had a larger unit for twice as long and $10 cheaper than Stopn Lock. Clean and well lit facilities, good parking with easy access to your unit and they even have hand carts to help move heavier items. Highly recommended and will without a doubt be using them again in the future!

Its a bit unfortunate that Google doesnt allow a user to rate someone or something higher than five stars: if any business deserves seven stars it would be Maple Village Storage. The place is immaculate. It is always extremely well maintained and the team that runs it obviously takes great pride in their work, their facility and their customer service. I rented an indoor unit for 4 years while my son was a student a U of M. We also rented the occasional larger outdoor unit to store his car during breaks. Every single experience, every single unit was ... *perfect*. Kudos to Ashley & Malcolm. Thank you for everything!

Maple Village Self Storage is the cleanest and most professional operated storage units in Ann Arbor. The location is super convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful. I rented a 10 x 30 unit with access doors on either side of the building. The unit was "stuffed" but the dual doors allowed me to purge and reorganize things before I made a major move to Colorado a year later. I had many valuable items and keepsakes stored there and I never once was concerned about the safety of those items. Thank you Maple Village Self Storage for making a stressful situation less so.

I used Maple Villages service for the better part of a year to store things that wouldnt fit in my tiny 500 sq ft apartment after I had moved in from a larger place, and my experience with them was excellent. The management are friendly and great to do business with, the units are well-maintained, and the pricing for the various unit types (including their available climate-controlled units) was very reasonable and affordable. I would recommend Maple Village Self Storage to anybody looking for a safe and reliable way to store their items.

After being minimally late on one payment, a Lien was placed on our debt which did not expire until after the next rental term, and notification was sent to the wrong address. This caused us to have to pay an extra months rent, though if they had placed the Lien at the time they could have, we would have had our service terminated prior to the new term. When presented with all of this information, they slyly pointed at the contract and said pay up. Most backhanded experience of my life, would never recommend this place to anybody.

Maple Village is a GREAT storage place. It is always kept clean on the grounds, during any season. The units themselves ( I have used 2 different sizes) are clean, well maintained ( the locks slide well, the doors open easy, not rusty at all, gates open easy, lights never burned out). The staff is ALWAYS willing to help with finding the right unit. They go above and beyond to help out. I would recommend that if you need a storage unit they be your first and only stop. They are wonderful .

Malcolm and his team are fantastic! Would definitely recommend this storage facility over any else. Some places Ive dealt with dont care who you are or work with you. They just want you rent money for the month, but these guys are top notch when it comes to customer service and actually meeting any requests their tenant has! If I need storage again Im definitely using maple village even if its across town!

Maple Village is a great storage facility. They are clean, organized, helpful, and friendly. We have used them several times and they always treat us right. I have never had to worry about the safety of my belongings and all their units seal up tight so you dont have to worry about water damage or rodents either. I highly recommend this business to anybody what storage needs in the Ann Arbor area.

Amazing service. I was out of the country this summer and received a late notice so my mom called. She cant speak English very well, and was having a hard time communicating on the Phone. Howard took the extra time and patience to listen to her and get things right. He also helped us with our fees because of the confusion! Thank You!!!!!

Not only are the units clean, easily accessible and well maintained but the staff goes out of their way to make the experience as painless as possible. On two occasions, I needed after-hours help, which they gladly supplied without any issue, effectively coming to my (and my belongings) rescue! 100% recommendation!!

We selected this to try on a weekend visit to San Antonio. Interesting brick interior, nice atmosphere, great food, appropriate wine list. Service more than attentive - only minor complaint would be that in their eagerness to serve they rush the dining experience somewhat. If we lived here we would certainly return.

Max, you are amazing and I hope to rent from you again! I have only had great experiences here and have rented multiple sizes both from climate controlled to outdoor facing units in various sizes. The price is so worth it in my opinion. Hours are convenient and the staff is super responsible.
