While our experience with Public Storage has not been at all a favorable one, payment issues , poor executive management leadership, the district manager named Dawn to be exact . Our experience with the general management on the property, Betty, Melissa and Nate has been by far the best example of effective leadership we have experienced in a very long time. Betty has been AMAZING and while she does not infringe on company policy Betty is more than empathetic to each of her clients situations and strives to work with the client and for the client without fail. I struggled, based on my experience at a corporate level, in regards to whether I wanted to remain a Public Storage client . I will tell you the ONLY reason why I am still a client with Public Storage is based solely on the great service we have received from Betty and her team. In my opinion Betty has exceeded my expectations in all aspects .

Initially, I was hesitant to use an outdoor storage unit, but the Vickie was able to address my concerns. Ms. Vickie is delightful, knowledgeable pragmatic and professional. She eased my anxiety related to theft and property damage as she competently directed me to the portion of the contract detailing insurance coverage plans while effectively explaining customer rights in regard to small claims court. Remarkably, Vickie has a keen sense of spatial awareness as she was able to look at my belongings and match me to the perfect sized unit at an affordable price! Her polite and approachable demeanor has made my day more enjoyable on several occasions when I have forgotten my gate code or unit number. She is always very patient and gracious when dealing with. I consider Vickie to be an invaluable part of the public storage team.

I needed this storage space and the worker Betty was very helpful in explaining the property to me the hours they where open and the costs. She was even helpful in telling me about the insurance....I mean my whole life is in their care. Rented the property not even two weeks later I return to my unit my things where damaged...thank you Betty for telling me about that insurance. She gave me the number where to call in my claim. There was a giant whole in the ceiling that took them almost two weeks to repair...all in all my belongs are still there just waiting on my apartment to get ready....the space was not good cause my things got damaged but thank you Betty for the good advice

I have to say my experience at this Public Storage facility was so refreshing. After a long day of packing, stuffing, taping and moving. To arrive and be greeted with a delightful hello and a smile, was awesome, Erika was so polite and helpful, it did not even bother me her system was not working correctly. She proceeded to go "Old School" and manually write up my order. Awesome! Also, as I sat a waited for my movers to arrive, the nice gentleman who was working there came out and informed me that their system was up running and handed me my electronically updated packet. Triple Awesome! You Guys Rock!

Received and invoice that states my unit went up by 11 dollars without any notice. When I called to inquire about the price increase I was told, "We sent you a letter 2 weeks ago (which I never received) but the contract states they will give a 30 day notice. I asked to speak with a manager and was told "Managers dont negotiate and they will tell you that so you will pay the increase or your belongings will be removed!" WHAT??!! I cannot wait to find another Storage company that values their customers. PLEASE LISTEN! THIS IS NOT A GOOD STORAGE COMPANY

I stopped in to check out a storage space for my son. Brenda showed me half a dozen spaces. My son is moving back to Michigan, and in with me. She spent at least a hour showing me around, and talking about all the things I will need to make sure everything is packed correctly. I will be going to Tennessee to pack him up in November. I didnt rent., but I know I will be back before I go to get a space and all the supplies to make packing quick and easy. Thanks Brenda for a great experience.

I had a unit there from July 9th 2014 to December 6th 2014. While unloading the unit we found mice droppings all over inside the unit, on top of boxes, and furniture. I am still in the unpacking phase and I just opened a few boxes and found shredded up paper, mice droppings and urine inside of the boxes and inside dresser drawers, on my stuff ruining some of it. I understand the risks of using outside storage facilities but this is unacceptable.

Stopped in to get boxes to move back to college. I thought the prices were high until Brenda explained why. It really is a "you get what you pay for" thing. Even sitting on a tapped up box with nothing in it didnt crush it. I also like the fact that I will be Abel to reuse them in the spring when I move back home. Im sure I will need more tape by then. I will definitely be stopping back at Public Storage to see Brenda for that.

I recently vacated because I sold the couch I was storing, I was amazed how clean my couch was after storing for 2years, I was glad I used the sofa cover to protect it, Brenda helped me with vacating. it was such a easy process. Brenda and I had a lovely chat about other products public storage sells. My friend is moving and I will be bringing her in to get everything she will need to pack her house.

I was feeling very stressed when I needed a storage unit and Erika helped me to get a unit that would work for me. She took away all my stress and even had me laughing in the office while I signed the lease. Over all I would say this experience has been most enjoyable. Public Storage has found a great manager with Erika. I will definitely refer people to this location.

Just rented this month. Brenda had a whole office full of people. There were people there to make a payment others to rent one person couldnt remember his hate code. She rocked it under pressure. She was doing my rental, taking a paymet, and getting a gate code all at the same time. She was still very attentive to each person. What a great experience!

I am very displeased with this storage facility. Having been late with the payment, I fully accepted the late fee. However, the same day I made payment, the key lock to my unit was removed with a master key and they are now telling me I have to pay $20 for a "new lock". I will never recommend this company to anyone, ever.
