Weve been going here for 9 years for haircuts. My youngest daughter decided to get a perm. The lady took her time and it turned out gorgeous! My oldested daughter decided to get a perm and it turned out hideous. We went back a little over a week for them to fix it and they will not. Her hair is fried and and straight. They would even offer a relaxer to straighten out the mess they cause. This is a deciding factor for me to never step foot in this place again. I will take my 3 kids and myself elsewhere since they cannot do what is right.

Went in for a buzz cut and was charged for a womens haircut. I dont see how that is fair in anyway. Hair has no gender. It should only depend on length. Had a good haircut but all around the customer service was horrible and the ladies were rude. Ill take my money elsewhere and never go back to this place.

They are terrible she messed up my eyebrows I have thicker brows, and she did them really thin. I was crying. She was in the back like laughing. Dont ever go here! Ever they will mess up your face and hair
