Never again!! My appointment was today at 1pm & like any appointment you should come about 10 minutes early so I did... I just got out at 2:16pm from a SINGLE LENGTH HAIRCUT! If you cant simply & quick like cut a straight line you shouldnt be a hairdresser. Only thing Im happy about from this is I get to donate my hair. But Kim not only got me in the chair 30 minutes after my scheduled time but never even apologized for the fact I just wasted a pretty big chunk of my day in apparently a low quality salon.

It seems like a lot of customers are expecting this salon to take walk-ins instantly like Fantastic Sams and at the same time expect to be pampered. This salon has very reasonable prices and Jamie in particular is quick and talented. If you want a great cut/color, dont want to break the bank and dont mind a laid back salon atmosphere, this is your salon. Ill definitely keep going and Ive already recommended it to my friends(who love it too)

My dad went in today to get a hair cut, a 5 minute buzz cut and the only person that could do it was on their 30 minute lunch break. They told him to either come back in 30 minutes or wait. HORRIBLE, glad to say he left and will never go back. And I only clicked on the "1 star" rating because I had to, to submit review...
