I give one star, but would give zero if I could. I chose Jaco because of all of the great reviews. For the love of God, DONT DO THAT!!!! When the wind brought down a tree onto our workshop/storage building, the insurance company had "recommended" Jaco. Ken Farrow came out and took a look at the damage. Should have known something was up when he showed up clean at the end of the work day, and with no tape measure or means of recording details of the job. Took a look at the insurance report, even met with the agent and myself to explain the paperwork, as there was some confusion with the amount that was being paid out. Once the agent and I got that straightened out, I called Ken, told him to lets get this done. He promised a call back. A month later, several messages left on his voicemail and a visit to the office to leave a message with the secretary, I still have not heard from him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Unless youve got a big settlement, Im guessing that Jaco doesnt want your job. I wont recommend them. Called another company Yesterday, they start day after tomorrow.

Roof replacement performed by Jaco Contracting Solutions. Cole Huey did an outstanding job explaining the entire process. This company is very professional and knowledge in the building contracting area. After the job was planned my wife and I sat down with one of the owners Corey and he again explained the process, went over warranty, displayed the products and gave us a detailed lesson on roofing and quality materials. The day of the job the crew showed up early and ready to work, a field supervisor was at the job site before the crew arrived and stayed until after the crew left. Very professional company, the crew worked from sun up til sundown and only took two breaks( unheard of in this day and time). Im not a roofer but I know high quality work and I would say I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood. I give JACO 5 stars only because the system will not allow 10.

I am so happy with this company! Kevin Cornelius is the man! His crew did a fantastic job! Kevin takes his time with his customers, walks you thru the entire process from start to finish and that is so appreciated plus he is genuinely polite and professional plus a handsome guy too lol. My roof is beautiful, so well done that I referred him to 3 of my neighbors in which they too used Jaco Contracting to do their roofs and they speak highly of the jobs done. I have already asked for more work to be done at my home. Thank God my husband found you guys in passing doing another job! Jaco you got a great guy/crew...I will refer over and over to your company if you keep guys like this around. Thank you Jaco and definitely thank you Kevin!

I dont really write reviews but I am amazed by both the professionalism and quality JACO Contracting provided on my new roof. They were there to help me navigate everything from the insurance appraisal, adjustment, payout, colors to install and follow up questions after the job. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and white glove service. Most companies stop service once the job is done but not JACO. They will talk to you and answer questions after the job. There is no doubt in my mind I will use them again and the best part is they are full service (not just roofs). You will not regret picking up the phone and making the call.

I recently had Jake Gresham and Corey Womack come out to my home to look at my roof. I had several leaks causing some minor interior damage. During the inspection Corey notice I had a recalled shingle. My roof is not even 10 years old and was not able to withstand a storm that hit in the summer causing shingles to break loose. Due to there professionalism and prompt response I chose to use JACO contracting. By far the BEST decision. They did a great job and worked with my schedule. The crew that came out were nice and cleaned up very well after themselves. I would highly recommend them for any contracting services you may need .

JACO was a great company to work with. They came out the same day I called. When the insurance adjuster came out they met him there & we signed the contract. One week later, they put our roof on in one day. Its a local, family owned business, friendly, great service & awesome group of guys to work with. They basically took care of everything after we called the claim in to the insurance company. If you need any home repairs or improvements, I highly recommend them. Call and ask for Ken or Jake, they will take care of you!

Jaco Contracting was very helpful when my home was hit by lightening. The company sent their men out and evaluated the problem right away. They were very professional and contacted my insurance company. They handled all my problems in a very timely manner and in a professional way. They arranged for all the work to be repaired and my home restored back to new. I was very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend to my family or friends. They were very courteous and this means a lot today!

Jaco Contracting was great to work with on replacing our shingles on our home. John with Jaco was very helpful in getting our insurance claim process, which made it very easy. John also stayed with his crew thru the entire day to make sure there were no problems and answered all my questions. His crew was very professional and fast with the installation and clean up all in one day. I would defiantly recommend Jaco Contracting if you are looking for a company to help with roofing problems.

Scheduled appointment to get several shingles replaced and gutters fixed. I waited all day and no one showed up. No return phone call either. From the looks of it, this company only does more expensive jobs. Ironically, I actually needed a reliable contactor to do other larger repairs around my house, but wanted to see how they would treat me with this smaller repair. Guess I got my answer. Definitely wouldnt recommend them because they are unreliable.

Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. With all the negative publicity regarding scams with home improvements it was such a relief to deal with such an open and honest company!

They work that they did was professional on time and they helped me thru the insurance process with getting my insurance company to buy my roof instead of me paying for the whole thing out of pocket. This is a top notch company and I would refer them to anyone looking to get a new roof
