I was VERY disappointed with a demolition job this company did for me in the summer of 2016. I had an old sunroom which needed to come down because it wasnt safe. This company gave me a reasonable estimate, and they had done work on my street, so I hired them. They did not cover the ground at all around the demolition work, and they caused BIG problems because of this. The first problem was that one of the air conditioner units sitting beside the demolition area was ruined. The unit was about a year old. I have never heard from the owner, and I did email him about the AC unit. All he did was send out one of their HVAC people who said they didnt cause the problem. What a surprise. They refused to admit their part in the problem or take financial responsibility at all. However, when the HVAC company removed the unit, we could hear all the glass inside. We were without AC in the heat of the summer, for about two weeks. The second problem is that to this day, in JANUARY, I am still finding large pieces of glass in my backyard. I have a pool and I have dogs. Initially I found some glass around the pool and a huge amount of glass all round the deck where they did the demolition. The pool is not close to the demolition area, so I dont know how they managed to get glass all the way over there. They have never apologized and they said they felt they took all necessary precautions. I know they did NOT. I SAW the area where they were working when I arrived from work the 1st day. The ground around the area was not covered. They only covered the floor inside the sunroom. By then there was glass every where. It took SO many calls to get them to come out and clean up as best they could, and every time they said they came, I would go out there and find buckets full of glass myself. They finally cleaned so that none of us could find more, so I paid them. The only problem is, every time it rains, I am still finding glass. Im so afraid my dogs might get cut by the glass. They are puppies, so they put everything in their mouth. Also, I dont like how I was treated as a result of the problems. I wish now I hadnt paid them so soon, because the 6 pieces of glass I found today were very large. I will NEVER use this company again. If they didnt know how to properly take down a glass room they should not have taken the job. I had plenty of companies tell me that they wouldnt tackle it. This company was incompetent to do the job I hired them for, and their customer service was worse.

Flooded Basement And Repairs After A Break In, The folks at Smith Bailey Restoration have help me with my home on a couple of occasions. First time was a accident from leaving water on in a utility sink which caused about $7000 in damages to hardwood floors, carpet, drop ceiling, and areas in my basement. Unfortunately we had a break in a few years ago and Smith Bailey was back to help us out once again. They secured our house and repaired all of the damage the thieves caused. They were also very instrumental in helping us choose stronger locks for our doors. I have referred the to friends that have had issues with their homes and will continue to recommend them to others that I feel could use their services.
