On my first visit I went because I thought my front brakes were down to the medal and grinding instead of just making that high pitch noise. I bought my own pads in to have them replaced. Shortly after I got there he came back out to tell me the front brakes were fine and I needed to replace the back brakes. Now, you hear horror stories all the time about people getting ripped off. They could have replace my front brakes and also replaced my rear brakes. Instead they were honest and gave me the front brakes back and suggested I return them so I can get my money back. Very honest, great work, and people that I recommend to them always come back with a thank you for recommending them to Bradford Automotive.

Gene is a hardworking and honest mechanic. My wife has gone to him and he does not try to scam her like so many other shops who take advantage of women who know very little about the inner workings of their automobiles. He has also rescued me mid brake job when I could not figure out how to finish the job. My mistake was rather simple,I just could not see my error. Gene picked up where I left off, with some of my parts and some he provided and charged a very fair rate. He also does not try to sell you additional services that you really dont need. THANKS GENE!

Always a great guy. If you ever have a question, he can answer it. Prices are super reasonable, like more reasonable than youd imagine. And hes a delight to deal with. Never will rip you off and the only mechanic my family and I use and we work on our own cars. When we cant figure it out, he will look at it without popping the hood and tell whats wrong. Amazing at his job. Go visit him. Its worth it.
