I went to this Maaco for an estimate to repair damage to the passenger front door and fender of my car. That I get an estimate here was at the request of the driver responsible for the damage. Before hed fully inspected the damage, the Maaco representative was telling me how the damage was little or nothing and would only require the replacement of the fender. When I asked him to take note of the damage to the door as well, he told me that was nothing and didnt need repair. After I disagreed, I was accused of just trying to take advantage of the driver responsible. The rep. was not only nasty, but scary too, since he was a big burly man defaming me and I am a woman taken off guard by the attack. It appears to me that since he apparently is a friend of the driver responsible, he planned to do a cheap repair based on an unfair estimate. When I didnt accept it, I was defamed. Ive never experienced such outrageous treatment. I will report this to the BBB.

This location is the best and affordable. I had my 04 Pontiac Vibe painted there and it was the best decision I took. Mr David was always nice and ready to work with me even though my budget was low. I told David that I wanted something affordable within my budget and he did just that for me. I even went to other Maaco locations before going to Maaco Buford location and the quotes they gave me for the same job gave me a headache. Thank you David for doing a good job for me. My car looks almost like new now and I was able to save a lot of money.

Dont do business with these crooks. They give you a price and then change it... then they decide if they want to honor the price that they gave you even though it was over 3k from the original quote. We agreed to do the work and they left us waiting for weeks, breaking all the appointments that we had to come in to look at the vehicle. The Manager is a joke and I for one will never recommend anybody here. Theres a place 2 miles down the road that was excellent and they honored the quote they gave me. Macco and David you are crooks.

My sons 07 Honda Civic Si had fallen prey to the clear coat failure and deoxidation issue that plagued Honda vehicles from that period. Most of the shops wanted $2000 on up to paint his car. Brought it to Maaco and David (Mgr.) recommended a paint job that was both affordable and met my sons expectation of a quality paint job. Maaco did a very good job making his 9 year old car look almost brand new for about a third of the price quoted by other shops. Thanks to David and his shop for making my son happy with his car again!

David at Macco Doraville, was the best manager I have ever talked to. He did a fantastic job informing me every step that was taken to get my car to what I want. Best customer service by far. And my paint job for my car turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Definitely was not disappointed, actually very satisfied. I just had my 2004 Toyota Camry painted at the Maaco location in Gainesville Ga. I could not be happier with the job they did. Joe, the manager, was a pleasure to deal with and provided a fair estimate of body work and paint options. I picked up my newly painted car yesterday and was blown away at how great the black paint job looked. My Camry looks brand new. If you want a 1st class paint job at a reasonable price, call Joe at the Gainesville Maaco and you wont be disappointed.

The worse customer service ever I came in with my elantra two days ago I wanted to get some body work and paint done but the fat obese dude acted like I was nothing I was willing to spend 1500 dollars cash that day but I took it up the street and got good service plus saved 400 dollars thank you poor customer service for helping me save money

This is the worst body shop. After leaving my truck there for four days, the manager David Yapko said he does not want to take the job because he is afraid of customer dissatisfaction. We I am still dissatisfied. He wasted my time and money. He has no confidence in his employees work ....so be warned....Do not leave your vehicle at this shop!

They did a great job on my Honda Accord 95. Met David. He was frank with us. Gave us realistic expectation on what to expect and a good price, too. The result is great! it is not a $3000 paint job, but if you have a used car like mine. this work is perfect.
