Seriously, 1 star is too much for these inconsiderate, unprofessional species. I will never take another car nor will I ever recommend anyone to go to them. I took my car to this facility on 4/21/17. It took them until 5/4/17 to total out my car. Of course by this time my insurance was close to maxing out on my rental car. My insurance company has said that theyve requested this company take responsibility in paying and reimbursing what I have paid out for my rental and they do not want to take any kind of responsibility what so ever. I will be looking to take this to a small claims court because there is no way it should have taken 2 weeks to total out a car. Also they never once called my phone to update me on anything, every single time Ive heard anything its because I or the insurance company had to call them. I have been hung up on, made false promises by the MANAGER and here we are going into June and the process is still dragging due to a poor timely manner of accessing my vehicle. Save yourselves the headache, take your car to a better rated auto body shop! They tale no responsibility for anything! Theyve even threw dirt on my insurance company but theyre the ones who had my car! Never again and I want my money back from paying out on this rental!

My first experience was wonderful, my car came back to me just like how I first got it. However my recent experience at Abra was horrible my passenger air bag light is still on after I told them it was on they tried to fix but they said its supposed to do that and it will go away.. I know its not because when I first got my car the passenger air bag light was not on and my seat is not on right. It moves when passenger is in the seat and Im missing some parts underneath the console. Lke i said this is my worst experience I will be going back up there because I paid 500 so my 2014 honda civic need to look like a 2014 not a 1999. Also when my passenger is in the seat belt signal doesnt work ..so my passenger can ride without a seat belt and the signal wont pop up and make a beep sound.. they need to fix it or my insurance company need to pay me back!!!

Really dissappointed with these guys. I came with my 2016 civic to get a accident repair done. When I came to pick up the vehicle they messed up on the paint job, door dinged my car, didnt replace my scratch mudflap and I drove off with a nail in my tire. I had to go back to the body shop, pay for my own new tire and have my dent fixed. They were never on time with when the car was suppose to be ready. Not happy at all. I wont be coming back after they give me my new mudflap

Service to my badly damaged car was professionally managed with ABRA providing updates every 2-3 days until they had completed the job. Though taking a little longer than expected, I was pleased with the job and would certainly return if needing another bodywork job.

Although minor in nature, they treated my auto body issue professionally and I was very pleased with the speed and communication throughout the process. As an added bonus, they detailed the car before returning it to me, which is above and beyond what I expected.
