Awful experience. Terrible customer service. I took my 2015 Jeep Patriot for some body work, took 5 days more than the time frame I was promised. They never called me about the progress of the job. Job was done not satisfactory. I had to point out flaws in workmanship three different times before I could pick up the jeep. I even called the vice president of the franchise Mr. Scott. He initially looked at this matter but after I left message about how poorly the work was done, he did never call back. The manager Joseph is very incompetent. He never oversaw the work. He has no clue about anything. At the end my Jeep is not totally fixed up to the standard, but I guess I have to live with it. Never take your car to this location. Terrible service and workmanship.

Went to the maaco in duluth their Customer service was excellent as well as professional went above and beyond to ensure that i was a happy customer. The paint work was great just as i wanted and i will use this particular maaco again in the near future. What i suggest for any one who plan on using maaco for any body work to their cars is to try out more then one macco for a quote because they can quote at different prices. It just so happens this maaco in duluth was not only within my budget but was very friendly and professional then other maccos Ive been to.
