These people do not do "more than shipping" I asked the lady if she would pick an item up in Douglasville, bring it back to the ups store, box it, then ship it to me here in florida. The lady was very rude over and over again. She kept telling me to call the 1800 number, but did not listen. This is a service UPS stores all over the country often do for around 35 dollars. So instead of listening, and making the store 35 dollars, this rude lady lost UPS Store #2523 another customer. Cheers

Ups store is not UPS! Ups online site would not print label as it does with amazon, it only printed a receipt. My error: thinking the "UPS Store"could help. Instead they are only able to give you the UPS 800 phone number. They are simply a shipping store that uses UPS. Result: repurchase shipping thru them to avoid delay, pay up charge, and hope i can cancel original order.

POOR SERVICE!!! Waited in the lobby with 2 other customers for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff while they worked in the back. Ill take my business somewhere else.
