I would give this review a lower score but one star was the lowest. I went into this store with my girlfriend simply to drop off a package that had a pre paid label. I asked the lady at the counter if I could use the tape gun in which she quickly responded yes. After some moments using the tape gun a man at the desk by the name of Andre( also the owner of the store) began to heckle me on the amount of tape I was using. For one, there was no indication that there was going to be a charge for me using his tape not was there a limit posted on how much I could use. But he continued to spout off how the tape costs money and cant believe that Im still using it. He even implied that if I kept using it then I would have to buy some tape as to save on cost. In my experience as an employee of a Ups store, we never heckled any of the customers when they borrowed our tape guns. The owner of the store I worked at as well as the employees never spouted off about how much it costs to keep tape guns operational. This was just a rude and unprofessional way to deal with a customer. I even called the store to inform him of his unprofessional attitude and discovered that the man was the owner. I will never return to this store again and I urge anyone thinking of going here should find a new location. This man does not deserve the business if hes just going to condemn his customers and make them feel bad about costs. Please, stay away!

Highway Robbery!! Go further down to 457 Nathan Dean Blvd STE 105,Dallas Commons Shopping Center, Dallas, GA Same service and charged 300% times more and the service was mediocre at best. Save some money and get better service by driving a few minutes on 278. I will never recommend or go to this UPS store again. On top of being charged a ridiculous fee for a box, Andre (the owner) charged me a .50 fee called quick. WTH? Never again. Beware.

I almost didnt go to this branch after reading the other reviews. But stretched for time, I gave it a chance, and found the staff to be friendly, courteous, helpful, and efficient. Two girls manned the desk the day I went, Good Friday. I was dropping off a package with a pre-paid sticker and had no difficulties. Another customer had a bag full of packages, and the girl assisting her smiled the whole time she was helping the woman.

Highly irritates me to know that Ive been sitting outside there store for at least 20 min waiting for them to open and they are close on Sundays. According to. There Google Business page they are open from 1-4 today. They seriously need to fix this. Either be closed or open. Dont say your open then people walk up to your store and it says your closed...

I always get feet service here. They may be a tad expensive, but I know that I can go to this UPS store or any other and get fast and helpful service. Its really a one stop shop.
