This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with UPS. I came in yesterday to ship a pair of skis and boots to Canada and the lady that was helping me was acting very inconvenienced and put out by everyone that was in the store including myself. She was obviously not good at stress managment and multi tasking because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to all the customers. She made me feel stupid about any questions that I asked. As I finished paying for the shipping cost and got my receipt I aked her for a tracking number. She told me that I would not get it until later in my email because she had to print the label and the delivery driver had to scan it later that day when he came to pick up. I found that odd as I have never left without a tracking number. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and left without it. I called this morning as I had not yet received the tracking number and she again was put out and told me she was too busy and would call me back. She called back a bit later and went on and on about how and why she was so busy and then told me that 5 people had called also asking for their tracking numbers. I asked her why I didnt get one yesterday and she told me that she was too busy to get one for me and something about being a franchaise. I told her that I had never not gotten a tracking number and that the way it was handled was very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back into that UPS store again with that lady working in there. Just so you know who to look for she is a blonde older lady with glasses and big eyes. With as many people out there in need and want of work, surely you can find better employees to run your store than that.

I hate businesses that lock up early. I had a package I NEEDED to ship on Saturday, and I had called them earlier in the week, and on the Saturday I planned to ship, I called again to verify the store hours. I was told by an employee who sounded very inconvenienced by my call, they are open 10A - 4P on Saturdays, and it turns out the posted hours on the shops door state the same. I knew I could just make it with my schedule to get there before they closed. I pulled into an empty parking lot @ 3:50 PM (Naval clock accurate time), a full ten minutes before the closing time I investigated, and the lights were off, door was dead-bolted. I immediately called the shop number to see if anyone was still inside to answer, but after several rings got a recording and left a message conveying my disappointment and how much they screwed me. I also stated that I would be calling again to complain, report them to the BBB, and also decided to write this review online for anyone to see. Now I have to wait until Monday to ship and will have to spend more money on expedited shipping to meet my delivery deadline.

Woman named Krista Schneider was very unprofessional. Walked in to get my fingerprints and she lazily and very slowly walked to the front and said, "what do you want?" I said, "I scheduled an appointment to get my fingerprints done." She said, "you got a check or money order?" And I said no. Then she said, "then Im not doing em." I said, "cash or credit wont work?" And she said, "nope you dont pay us you pay the company you need it for so we send it in. So you can call and reschedule an appointment or you can go get a check or money order." She added some sass behind it and that was it for me. when you work in customer service, put a smile on your freakin face even if you dont want to. Unfortunately, I have to go back to this damn place.

This is the most unprofessional business Ive ever been to. Everyone that works there must be miserable. They are so rude! Especially the owner. I also agree with other reviews about them overcharging. I went there to ship a package and needed to print the prepaid label from my email, they wanted to charge me $2 just to do that! Thanks but no thanks! I would rather drive out of state to use UPS services!

A very helpful and friendly shipping location! I have had all my mail and packages delivered here for years! They can do your printing and binding and packaging work too. The convenience is priceless.
