I order a package & they said it be here on December 8th. I tracked it & it was showing it was on the truck to be delivered on the 8th. I stayed home all day long waiting on the package & it never arrived. At 5:30pm I called customer service, their phone was off the hook so they couldnt receive any phone calls. So I got online & check with ups by the tracking number & it showed that it be delivered by closing & no time is given for delivery on the 9th & it is unacceptable because I need a time since I have to work. They said that my street name was incorrect that is why it was not delivered but I checked on the tracking & everything is correct. I will see if next time Im to get a package if it could be delivered by FedEx because Ive had no problems with fedex they stick to their delivery times.

I bought a bag on Monday august 3, 2015. When I bought the bag I specifically needed it TODAY Wednesday August 5, 2015 so I got two day shipping. When I bought the bag both amazon and UPS said it will be here by Wednesday August 5, 2015. Currently its 9:56 pm and the bag hasnt been delivered and ups changed the delivery date to Thursday August 6, 2015. Its been in carrollton Georgia since Wednesday August 5,2015 @10:22 am the package needs to go to Waco, Georgia which is a 30 minute drive fr carrollton there is no excuse why this shouldnt have been delivered. I payed extra for this bag to have two day shipping if I wanted three day shipping I would have gotten the free 3-5 day shipping but no I payed for two day shipping. I payed for a service that I didnt get. Very unhappy with ups.

First off, hours online are wrong, they dont open till 3:45 and they were extremely rude when I got there at 3:30 for a package that never got delivered to me and would be sent back the next day. The only time I could come was AT 3:30 and the lady who helped me made a HUGE deal about that 15 minutes. She was very rude and almost didnt give me my package because my address on my ID and the package didnt match. Im a student, and my permanent residence isnt in Carrollton Ga, so obviously they dont match. She caught an attitude with me, and I that was the worst service ice had anywhere in my life. I hate UPS.

Incredibly ridiculous theyre only open from 3:45 to 6:45 pm. I work evenings so by the time the UPS truck gets to my house at 5:30 Ive already left. Ok, thats fine. But having the window that I can pick up my package myself from the location be at the same time as when the driver would get to my house does not solve anything. Whats worse, is that there are people at the location all day, but for some reason theyre only "open" for three hours? Why is there not a brief window in the morning for people whose delivery driver got to their house after they left rather than before they got home?

Idk if it was a driver from this store but he almost ran all over me trying to make a point that I needed to move ! I would have moved had I saw him coming but I never even had the chance . I could have literally put my hand out my window and touched his truck thats how close he was to me ! Then I had to floor my car in reverse so he wouldnt back into me ! He was a skinny black guy ! These drivers need to me more careful and considerate of other people or they dont need this job ! Simple as that !

Really great people that try their hardest to get people their stuff. I have seen their systems and processes and they Ive their best. They have delivered my stuff for years with very little problem. I have developed a great relationship with the driver and he always has a smile and good attitude.

Its funny that I seen the ups guy in tallapoosa at jacks so I ask him when would he come by the house and drop off the stuff he said 30 minutes at 11:58am and its 1:54pm now im still waiting why would he tell me a time but dont stick with the time ?

We were supposed to get our TV on the 24th of November. Today is the 25th and they havent arrived as yet. I dont think that they have heard of this new invention called the Telephone. They have my phone number too.

Horrible service. Packages are never delivered correctly, they claim the address number is wrong when in fact it is correct.
