I have 2 reliable carriers, the others are questionable at best. I have to call for mail when the regular carrier has the day off. Today the carrier parked in front of the building for 15 minutes and never came into the office. Even if I dont have mail, I may have out going mail.. so I called the post office and talked with a guy who asked the carrier if there was any mail for the office.. Her response was maybe? Maybe??? You have got to be kidding me. After being placed on hold, I was informed that there was no mail to be delivered. In their defense, they did offer to come and pick it up. 6/14/2017 - today no mail so postal carrier, chose not to come into the office. Needless to say this is a doctors office even if there is no incoming, there is ALWAYS outgoing. This is ridiculous!!!! Mail carrier came back to pick up mail, and she is rude!! I do not know what is going on with this post office, but I do suggest that they screen there people better!!7/10/2017 - Mail was delivered to the wrong office. If it was routine mail, wouldnt be a problem, but the mail was insurance payments. This has happened on more than 1 occasion, it is getting frustrating to say the least.

WARNING: Theres a lady clerk that will trick you into paying expensive shipping. Let them know what type of shipping you want to use before they click away and pretend they dont know how much shipping cost they just entered. Ive gotten used to a postal place where they ask what type of shipping you want to use and are very knowledgeable of what they are doing. This is my mistake of trusting people.

I have never had a package come up missing till my birthday 2016. This post office lost my package and when I tracked it, it said it was delivered to my mailbox. That very same day it was supposed to be delivered I asked the mail carrier if I have a package he said I dont. Where is my package at battle creek? You keep telling me you will call me back and never do. Shame on you.

I come here on a weekly basis, these guys are BY FAR the best postal service in town. UPS on Beckley have terrible service for a hefty price. USPS are the cheapest, friendliest and easiest to deal with. It is fast and pleasant with great, knowledgeable staff. I ship packages out a lot and these guys make it affordable and easy!

I am trying to locate a lost package but I can get a live person on the phone. Just a poorly programmed computer. Very frustrating. I only rated it Poor - Fair because it is the worst option available. I would say terrible was a better rating.

one of my packages was stolen because an irresponsible mail employee didnt put the package in my mail box i had to have my order refunded by the website i ordered off of im currently filing a complain against the employee who delivers my mail

On hold for over 45 mins and when 5pm came they just hung up. I bet this is why the USPS is going under. Absolutely the worse customer service!
