City Cab is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are always late, always rude, and incredibly unprofessional. Their dispatch director, Billy, has twice lied to me with different stories as to why my rides are late, and today, threatened to call the police on me if I ever called for an update on my ride again, a ride, by the way that he never sent out. On the next few times I called back, he called me a very offensive curse word that starts with an "A" and ends with an "E." Told me to shut the f-word up, and said he would not contact a manager for me. I only got the name of this director, Billy, by accident, when he slipped up. After realizing that I was going to keep calling, and will be calling tomorrow for a manager, Billy changed his tune, and said that even though he "doesnt" f-word "care," he would send me a cab if I apologized to him. I feel I did nothing wrong, and refused. He called me an arrogant little expletive, and told me he would ban me from ever getting a cab again. Even better, the manager, who was supposed to call me, has not called me at the time of this writing, even though his receptionist is adamant he did. My phone has no records of any such communication. All in all, this is a company run by immature man-children who have no concept of how to run a railroad as it were. Once Uber comes to Battle Creek, theyll make a fortune just from all of us Battle Creek residents who cant stand this garbage company.

My original ride to a nearby 4:30 wedding fell through so I needed a cab so I could drink. Wedding was 30 minutes away, and I called them at 3:50. I needed them to assure me that they would arrive by 4. Dispatcher said "Our driver will be there in a few minutes." Waited 20 minutes, called, and was told "Our driver will be there in a few minutes." Driver didnt show up for another 15 minutes. By that point I had already given up on them and decided to drive instead. I would rather stay sober than give my money to their business. I was still late to the wedding. I wouldnt have been late if they were just honest with me. Horrible service.

I live in battle creek do not own a car. I have to use them a lot. Mixed results. Sometimes quick and easy. Most the time actually. Between three and five is aBAD time to call. I would say nearly 100% of my bad experiences are during that time. Also, they have one woman dispatcher who speaks as if Ive bothered her by calling. This cab company needs completion. Also, I have four children and they dont have a vehicle to hold myself, the driver, and the four of them. No van no bench seat cars. I would have to get two cabs. Wth

Ive used them before and never had a problem. On 2/4/17 @ 8:45 am I called for a cab and was told it would be about a half hour. An hour later I called back and was greeted with "hello." I said "is this city cab?" and she said, "uh, yes." I asked where my cab was. She said they got real busy (?!)but it would be as soon as their cars returned. Another hour passed and I called again. She sounded surprised and said "shes not there yet?" I told her to cancel the ride and I would never do business with them again.

This company is not only unprofessional, they are also extremely rude. On numerous occasions I have made calls only to be hung up on or talked to with attitude and disrespect for making the simplest request of "pick up here and drop off there". If it werent for the fact I call this company for others, I would never use this service. The fact this company is the only one in the immediate Battle Creek area, I believe is the only reason they still have a buisness.

Do not use the call service if you are in a rush. Ive met a few nice cab drivers, but i walk to work so a ride is good every once in a while. I call every time a schedule a ride an hour ahead of time and 1/3 of the time im still 25 min late to work. Each time i ask how long it will be, today i was told 15-35 min..i called at 2.15, it is not 3:10 and i am late. Thank you bc taxi service. I love having this talk with my boss.

I generally call a couple hours prior to the time I want to be picked up. Only problem Ive ever had doing that is that Im in a wheelchair. One driver refuses to pick it up. It weighs exactly 24 1/2 lbs. however the service I receive is good. Generally very good. The cars are not Limos. They are old cop cars. Im just trying to run errands , not empress the ladies or the neighbors. For my purposes it gets the job done

Arriving at the Battle Creek Amtrak station, City Cab was the only one that popped up on my phones browser, so I called them. The driver arrived fast, he was friendly and courteous, and got me where I needed to go safely and quickly. I dont have any other local cabs to compare them to, but Ill call them again next time.

I called A City Cab at 3:10 PM for a ride home. The dispatcher said a cab would pick me up shortly. I had to be home before 4:00. The cab had not arrived by 3:40. Someone saw my concern and offered to give me a lift. The cab still hadnt shown up by the time we left. I would not trust this cab company to be prompt.

It takes 40 minutes for the cab to show up. He arrives in busted up old police car complete with the cage that cuts off all leg room. No help loading bags. This substandard company is why Uber is desperately needed. When Uber arrives these people will be out of business in a week.

Tried using their service 3 times and on every occasion they were late. Even when I called two hours ahead of when I would need them, they STILL showed up late. I called dispatch and the person who took my call earlier had written down the wrong time, despite me repeating it.

Extremely rude each time I have had to call. I wish there was such a thing as rating them negative stars. I would use another company if there was one. I guess this is why they can get away with this type of service.

1st ride ok but called them back for a 2nd time and he lied about being there. Had to walk back to truck stop.Liars left me stranded. Dispatch hung up on me very Unprofessional never use them.

Called for a cab 5 minutes up the road and still havnt seen them a hour later now im very late for work. They should pay me to use them next time. Would be a zero star if i could give one.
