Hello! My name is Cory and Ive been taking Commonwealth cab for a couple years now and Ive never had a better driver than Joe. Quality communication, service, and reliability. Always gives us a safe ride home while always being completely honest with what time hell be there to pick us up! Hope we get him as the driver every time! Thank you!!!

Extremely un-reliable . No one ever answers the phone and you need to have your fingers crossed that someone will even show up . When I say this company never answers the phone ...I mean it .

Cab was dirty and smelled terrible. Driver took us on dark back roads which took a lot longer and said he only accepted cash AFTER we finally got to our destination.

I didnt even get a cab I called and had the worst service said they couldnt guarantee my written pick up time, and hung up on my grandmother when she cancelled

They are default on their licensure through the state, dont listen to directions. Are rude to deal with and forget to pick you up.

Awful! Absolutely never have a cab available even when I call hours ahead of time. Not reliable at all.
