I had multiple presents to send to family in Texas. I couldnt find a box for them at home so I went in ready to buy a ridiculously priced one. Walked in with my giant box and the lady working there cut it to size for me so I didnt have to pay for a UPS box. Everyone there is always so friendly and so helpful when I have no idea what to do. I go here before the USPS regularly. A fabulous bunch!

Had important meds transferred to this location from regular UPS store during an anticipated ice storm (the local store was closing early) and the staff was great arranging this on the phone. Also, when I arrived for the package, the desk staff was so helpful locating the almost-misplaced-package. Kudos!
