It was my first time shipping something, the boy helping me was really rude, I am assuming since the store was supposed to close soon. Which I guess is my fault, since the hours I work wouldnt allow me to get there sooner... Ended up being way more expensive then I was expecting, got a refund. As I was walking out, a man was about to walk in and I hear "ugh, come on guy!" (still before 7pm/closing time). I have worked customer service, and I know it sucks, but you have to stay until you do not have anymore customers.

2 other customers and I had to wait until 8:55 am on Thursday September 8,2016 for a guy in a UL shirt to show up to open the store. Said sorry but this is a bad reflection on UPS.

Closes at 4pm on Saturdays. Not open on Sunday at all, Not until Monday at 8:30 am. No convenience hours on weekends. Thats no good, I need a Night time Notary Now, Please!
